⭐️ 1-Star Review We recently ordered takeout from the BBQ Chicken inside H Mart Arcadia. My son was told it was mandatory to pay a tip — even though it was a takeout order. This is not right. Tips should always be optional, especially when there is no table service provided. Forcing kids or customers to pay extra without a choice is unacceptable. Please be cautious when checking out and double-check your receipt. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains staff appropriately.

I ordered a 16 piece wings. The recipe has $15 in parentheses, however, was charged $31.99. Yikes! Order was ready over 33 minutes later. Food from other shops were done and finished. I inquired and was told they forgot. Ridiculous. And no apology.

Order spicy galbi boneless chicken for take out. Very little sauce is added. It’s way less than the one I ordered previously. Chicken tastes very plain. Bad experience and never go back.
