📩 Boba boba! I had the chance to try out @bengong and it was super delicious!

We ordered:
1. Mango Mochi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2. Osmanthus Latte ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
3. Jasmine Tea Latte ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
4. Peach Latte ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think the best Asian compliment you can get for dessert is the “not so sweet,” from your aunties, and this was definitely what it was giving.

The sweetest drink by far was the Mango Mochi which was served as a slush. It was super refreshing and a good pick me up drink for a hot day.

The tea lattes were also very good and are definitely a good option for less sweet items. My personal favorite between the lattes had to be the peach latte which was super refreshing and a good study drink!

Environment is also a good place to study and chill at, but definitely on the smaller side 📚🙇‍♀️📖

Arcadia Bengong Tea never answers their phone. I ordered online, paid ahead, waited 40 minutes, and when I arrived, they hadn’t even started my drink — and there were no other customers. They only make orders when you show up, which completely wastes your time.

I asked to switch it to hot tea. Staff said yes, but the manager came out with an attitude and suddenly said I had to pay extra — even though their menu never says hot drinks cost more.

Terrible service and an unprofessional manager. Definitely not coming back.

So far this location is generous with their toppings. I would rather come here for my barely burst beads. Their service overall is pretty good.

Terrible service, they took way too long and they kept getting everyone’s orders wrong and mixed up.

Apparently, we were late to the party and didn’t realize this spot had been trending in Arcadia for a while. Our son told us about it, so we decided to give it a try.

We ordered the Pina Colada tea and a hot red bean taro drink. The drinks were decent—not bad at all, but not exactly the best we’ve had either. Service was friendly, though on the slower side.

The shop itself is cute, with fun décor featuring traditional Chinese characters that give it a nice vibe. While the hype seems to have died down a bit, it’s clear a lot of people still know this place from social media.

Overall, a decent stop if you’re in the area and curious, but probably not one we’d go out of our way for.

Tasty boba. Reasonable wait

I ordered a plain golden oolong tea. They steeped the tea way too long, resulting in it being extremely bitter to the point that it was undrinkable. This was the first time I've experienced this at any boba shop.

Certified! If it’s your first time here start with the Superior Milk Tea (50% sugar of course). The price is reasonable around $4.50-$7 and the lady was very friendly. Their art and cups are really cool too.

Cute little boba shop. The lady at the counter was very nice. Boba tasted really good. We got the white peach oolong, the mulberry refresher, and the pistachio cloud milk tea! All very good.

The decor in here is super cute and the cute designs, if you get the white ones, are actually really cool.

I ordered the mango pomelo sago and was asking to get it half sugar but he said it wouldn't be sweet at all and didn't recommend it. So I got it at regular sweetness and it wasn't too sweet! Mango was delicious, but I didn't get enough of the pomelo until the end. I would recommend this drink.

My friend got the osmanthus rice milk tea and she enjoyed it as well!

The drinks LOOKED good but didn’t taste very good. I usually order drinks with 50% sweetness but it tasted like it had 25% sweetness.
