BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

They were ill prepared for the crowds they had. We were seated in a timely manner, but we couldn't understand the server, and then had to flag him down for anything we needed i.e. order, water, refills on food and dessert

BJ's is a fun place to go for a good inexpensive meal. There are a lot of options. I had the soup and salad which was great. I choose the chicken tortilla soup which was fantastic & caesar salad which after i asked for extra dressing was great! My husband had a half rack of ribs which were ok and cold mashed potatoes. I think the M-F deals are the best because they serve an amazing fried chicken. We really like this place & enjoy all locations because they all serve a decent meal with a friendly wait staff !

If you come to this location for the burgers that you know and love, go to a different BJ's. This location got rid of ALL of their regular burgers, yes even the bacon cheeseburger! That is our favorite burger, juicy and super tasty. We no longer recommend this location. I can understand adding a few new burgers but getting rid of ALL of our favorites is BS! The burger is now $25. Not worth it.

We had a really hard time understanding our server. You were out of wedge salads at 5:45 pm and the pizza had almost no cheese and we usually love the pizza there. Wings had great flavor.

They were very busy for a Monday night but our wait was short. My burger was very flavorful. My son had wings that were very saucy in a good way. Our server was friendly and attentive.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays at BJ's. The service was excellent for a party if 13. Waiter was great. Food and selection as well as the desserts were appreciated! Thank you..

Service was very slow and waiter forgot to bring 3 orders over the course of our dinner. The last was a beer but was charged on the bill; we told him it never came and so he brought it. Granted this was on Dec. 23, raining rain but place still crowded. Perhaps he was overwhelmed?

Good vibe overall, but some of the food was only lukewarm when it arrived. Service was just okay, and the server didn't seem very happy about refilling drinks.

If they are going to offer the option to choose temperature of meat on takeout orders, they need to cook it that way. Ordered medium rare and got well done (not a hint of pink and completely dry). Also in the case of the smokehouse burger, there was virtually no bbq sauce which made it even more dry

“I had a great experience at BJ’s! The food and drinks were good and the service was outstanding. Our server Cristina was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear she really cares about making guests feel welcome. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The waitress, Fatima, was fantastic.

Marco was truly exceptional. His attentiveness was impeccable, his knowledge of the menu impressive, and his demeanor both gracious and professional. He anticipated our needs effortlessly and made the entire evening feel elevated and memorable. Marco exemplifies first-class service—I would return just for him.
