When I first came to LA, Taiwanese food was everywhere, but mostly small casual eateries. Now they’re much rarer. I had long heard about this new restaurant rooted in Taiwanese flavors with a creative twist, but always felt it was too far. Excellent dining experience! The food was flavorful and beautifully presented. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet elegant. Highly recommend the signature dish — it’s a must-try. Definitely coming back soon!
