I’ve been coming here every now and then since my college days. The last time I came before today, service was getting bad but I chalked it up to it was being busy. Today though, it was a different matter. Husband and I just came in and sat down, haven’t even opened the QR menu yet in literally 2 seconds in server with blonde hair and glasses came asked if we were ready. We said no and she walked away just like that, without asking if we need water or maybe something to drink....

Boiling point is the best personal hot pot place around. They have many styles with lots of different ingredients and sauces. Very delicious and filling with good value. This location is nice and it seems like they add more meat compared to other locations that I have been to. Staff are friendly and the interior is very clean.

I never had an issue with the food here, however I do have an issue with the service. Most servers have a good attitude and are friendly but whenever Sabrina is my waitress she seems to have an upset attitude. For example no greeting, rolling eyes, no thank you before we leave like the others do. I'd rather go to the one in pasadena or San gabriel....
