I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr. recently. Tony helped me out and was incredibly friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and it made my visit so much better. Highly recommend this location for great food and even better customer service from Tony.
The food was really good I ordered a double cheeseburger and it looked like 1 beef patty but it was 1 beef patty cut in 2 halves the fries was good and I ordered a small lemonade and it gave me a large lemonade

I have been coming to this location for over 25 years. Prices keep rising. Food quality keeps going down. The final straw for me was when I was dining in, a roach just casually strolls across the floor. Needlessly to say, I have not been back since.

The people here were great. My issue is that you can tell that whoever owns this location it's penny pinching. They ran out of condiments, only a few soda flavors available and other things outside the control of the employees there. This used to be one of the best locations around, but not anymore. I'll go back later on to see if it get better. Food was ok.
