Nasty sub I got the chicken buffalo and it taste it like dry chicken plus wings were to much seasoning on them that the flavor was to strong firehouse better then these

This is my go to place when doing a little shopping. Always the chicken Philly add ranch. And if you ask them to put a little seasoning salt on the fries they will.
Very tasty and affordable.
The guys who work here are very nice and accommodating.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I am a member and have the app so I get offers from when available. Lately, they offered an Xtreme Meal Deal and I’ve used this same offer more than once before in store at the Arcadia location. I went this past Sunday before work and one of the cooks was making people’s drinks for the online orders. Fast forward to the other cook coming to take my order and I let him know I wanted to use the “xtreme meal deal” coupon and he says “that’s online only”. I told him “it’s not. I’ve used the coupon in store plenty of times before”. The coupon also states it’s redeemable IN STORE. The guy kept saying “no, online only the computer doesn’t have that”. I only had cash so I was becoming frustrated so I step to the side and try figure something out. It took me 25 mins to activate a card and figure out Apple Pay. The app wouldn’t allow me to order on there so I tried their self service kiosk and that was another 10 mins bc it kept timing out bc I was having difficulty with Apple Pay. Anywho, i get my food and that was the worse sandwich I’ve EVER seen. They for sure gave me the amount of meat for a small but I ordered a regular size, UNACCEPTABLE! Last, my order came with a drink so I asked the cook (same cook who made the drinks at my arrival) for my drink and he told me I’d have to wait in line again to get my drink from the front and he says “I don’t make the drinks”. What a ridiculous statement when I saw you making the drinks for the orders before mine! Anywho, I go back to the front to wait for my drink and I will just say I will never come back to this location. Train your employees correctly so no one else has to go through the bull crap I went through. Him pointing at the computer and lying was a poor excuse especially when I’ve done it in store before !!

Used to be a fan of the Philly Cheesesteak, but this time I ordered the old school and wings - they are terrible.

The sandwich got too much sauce on it, it is so salty that with every bite on it I feel like my kidney and heart is getting sick. I had to trash nearly the whole sandwich, it is inedible. Maybe the manager needs to post a sodium intake %DV in their kitchen.

The wing is overcooked, dry and hard that would cut my mouth. The only thing good about it is that it is at least edible.

Payed $16 for a cheesesteak and wow feeling a little skimped on the protein. I can’t justify spending $16 on a sandwich with such little meat

I said “just the sandwich” 5 times because he kept asking me. “Yes just the sandwich” he said what size? And I’m confused so I’m thinking is this like subway? Regular sub is a 6 inch. So I said regular size. and a ten piece buffalo. I was in a rush so I just swiped my card. I grabbed my food and rushed to by ride. I got home and noticed fries I didn’t order. If it was a combo, why didn’t they ask me what I wanted to drink? The sandwich and wings were great but when I got home the fries were so cold. That’s not really a complaint cause fries in general only last 5 minutes before they’re cold which is why I said sandwich only.

Recommended dishes: Old School Cheesesteak Boxed Meal

Some nice cheesesteak that are big portions and packed with flavor. The staff are nice and chill and they have lots of options. Also got the peach lemonade which was pretty good. The large cheesesteak was already cut in half which made it easy to share between 2 people.

Waste of money don't even go. Flat sandwich with lettuce and tomato. The pictures they post not even close to what they really are.

Got the Kimchi Fries (added bacon) and OMG I wish this was available at my local Charleys. From the signage, it seems like it might be a limited time dish, so if it's offered at your local, and you like Kimchi, definitely give it a try.

(If anyone from the Corporate Office reads this, I would like to suggest adding it permanently to the menu in locations that have larger Korean populations. This one certainly, but the store in Walmart nearest Koreatown in Las Vegas would be appreciated!)

This place was empty, no single customer but me. I placed my order, paid, waited in front of them few steps back, waited for a long time, no order number call, started to think it was taking way too long until I stepped 2 steps forward for one of them to hand me my order that was sitting next him and my food was lukewarm.
They seem to know how to cook the food, but not about customer service.

I ordered chicken cheesesteak, I asked for every thing that’s included, but when I consumed it, there was no mushroom nor pickles that the reviews said need to be recognize but I didn’t get it how will I acknowledge it. Very disappointed.
