Guy with the beard and hat serving the food at 11/24/2023 @2pm threw my food at me, I asked for napkins and ketchup and threw the ketchup on the counter. Extremely rude and unprofessional and he needs some sort of training that throwing peoples food isn't acceptable here and most places as it's common etiquette and manners.

I order chicken cheesesteak sandwich I told them to not put mayonnaise and mushroom when I got to the office. Try eat my food it had mayonnaise and mushroom. I have to throw away. What a waste of money. I was not happy. They did had a good Customer.

I always look for service first and I understand it's essentially a fast food place, so just know the service is going to be whatever. At least it's fast LOL.We had the Philly cheesesteaks sub with the ultimate fries.The sandwich itself was good. I personally didn't like the bread but the cheesesteak and rest of the filling were pretty good.My favorite was the fries! That was actually really good! I'll be back for the fries for sure.
Not a good cheesesteak at all. So bland, the bread was bla too. Not gonna spend $17 on this place again.

After shopping all day this was exactly what I needed.Old school cheesesteak was soooo delicious. Not to mention, the food came out so fast which I feel like never happens anymore. Customer service at the mall sucks but i'm relieved and ecstatic to see this restaurant is doing great and going above and beyond.
