Wow! Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, soft moist and subtly sweet.It’s like they gathered the outer edges from tiny fluffy clouds and stuffed sweet pork bits into their centers. The sauce is brown, not red like I’m used to but still very good. The pork chunks were very moist which I loved, with just enough fat for moisture and flavoring.The price is a bit up there, especially for a crowd. $15.00 for 6 Small Buns…but better quality when comparing to local Asian Market deli sections....

Not bad for the Shanghai food. I have been trying to place a take out order here but haven’t had a chance until now.Today we finally made an order for their famous Fried Soup Dumpling. It took them 25 minutes to get the order ready. As the restaurant explained to me that it takes that long to slowly pan fry the dumpling to perfection.The fried soup dumplings were good. The only thing is that by the time I got home, the dumpling skins became too hard. They lost the soft top and...
