This salad is bomb but so small for the price! I had a meatloaf lunch portion and it was huge and actually delish too. Comfort meatloaf it was!

I must admit I've been to many restaurants but I never ate at cheesecake factory I loved it the food was delicious my waitress was fantastic love her attitude loved her smile she made me feel so warm inside people that was around me was so friendly I really enjoyed myself

Was excited to have a nice brunch
Made reservation and when we seated after 10 minutes someone came and asked about the drinks. I ordered coffee and the time I got my coffee was 35 minutes after we seated!!!! Are you kidding me
How Long is taking to make a coffee?!!
She just came one time to refill my coffee after she passed several times but never asked if we needed something!!!
I think she had problems with coffee šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

We were seated within 15 min table for 2. We were seated, ordered & were eating within 20min. Which was great for it being very busy. We had good service & our waiter Seth was great. He was polite, friendly, quick & atenative. My bf ordered & enjoyed the classic burger, I ordered & liked the meatloaf & mash/p w/mushroom gravy. The Meatloaf was a very good size serving, like for 2 people. The amount of gravy over meatloaf was a little to much. So I scraped it off. Ur given 2 kinds of bread w/butter as ur seated. The sourdough bread was very hard but the other bread was soft. The butter was so hard that it would not spread. They are a bit pricey but for the amount of food ur served (depending on what u order) its worth it.

I love Cheesecake Factory but today was not an experience. I sat for 20 minutes before I was greeted. I was greeted with I’m slammed, while they go and help someone else and at least smiles at them. Only for him to return with a basket of bread and butter but no silverware to eat with. He finally came back took my order and said I was covering and your server will come over. Another 15 minutes go by nothing, and then I receive my food by this happy young lady that was the only one that provided customer service and the lady at the door when we first came in. My potatoes was cold and my chicken was dry. Today’s service was way different for the experience I had at the Rancho Cucomonga Cheesecake where Serenity my server and everyone was happy to serve. Which I told my colleagues at COH about. I won’t be coming back. I hope they treat the next guest right. Signed Very disappointed customer!

With Cheesecake Factory you know what you’re getting. I like the environment for my toddlers, and had room for the bassinet for the other little one. The food is always delicious, although of course would rather have something more organic. But I was happy with all the dishes.

It’s one of the few restaurants that you can go wrong with any of the dishes. It’s just taste amazing but watch out it packs a lot of calories maybe that’s why it taste so good.

I’ve been dining at Cheesecake Factory for the past 15 years. At first, they downsized their Togo containers. Now, they are using the same downsized Togo containers but have now decreased the food portions even more. It still tastes good, but I really can’t help but notice the significant decrease in portion since I first visited.

I went last night on Saturday, It was really packed, which was to be expected. We had to wait in a line to be able to check in, Once I did, the person upfront had such a big attitude she told me it’s gonna be about a two hour wait I said that’s fine. I gave her my phone and number and it seemed like she didn’t even type it in… She told me OK you’ll get a text when it’s ready and called for the next person… We ended up waiting over two hours and she had never put my name on the list. I usually love this location, but it sucks… How they overbooked so they decide to not even put my name on there… I usually love this location, but that was so unprofessional and I feel like there was no reason to have an attitude in the first place and then to not put my name on the list…

Very disappointed. Today I made a reservation online for 5 people at 2:30pm. I got to the place 30 min before. At 2:08pm they said your table is ready. Then the lady comes again and says I meant to seat you earlier but your actual reservation is at 2:30pm and I have to honor it. By 2:40 pm my 6 year is already crying because he is tired and hungry. I go and ask and she says oh yes I will seat you right await for Hannah right?? (Which is not even my name) finally they added a chair in a booth section and sat us at 3pm at 310pm the waitress just comes and 15 min later we barely got water and bread...maybe I am just tired overlooked but I think the people up front need bettee organization and ughhh what a day.
