The Cheesecake Factory

Cheesecake Factory has done a great job keeping their restaurants up to date and relevant. There are so many choices and options from big eaters to health conscious.
Our choice is to come for weekend brunch and then a visit to the mall. So we can get in early enough to get decent parking, lunch and stroll around the shops to walk off the food.

I believe my last review was years ago. I'm pleased to say that things have improved EXPONENTIALLY! Our server, Andrea, was AMAZING and we had a wonderful meal with our Ohana. The food was great, especially the calamari. There was no need to find a manager, and I'm extremely happy with how our dinner went. I look forward to more dinners here!

Staff was really respectful and patient. We were not rushed to eat and leave, staff members told us we can stay for as long as we wanted.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's on the first floor, no stairs to climb. Tables have good space in between them.

Recommended dishes: Fried Calamari

Parking: Usually no time wait for eating outside in the heated patio area, however it's too cold for that right now. Took 5 minutes to get a table of four. Usually it's a 15-35 min wait.

What can I say about this place that hasn't been said already? It's the Cheesecake Factory. Kinda loud, some pretentious patrons, overworked but kind and respectful waitresses with tons of tables to serve, damn decent food that's a bit overpriced, and... wait for it... Cheesecake. It's like Baskin Robbins for cheesecake here. Good stuff tho. Wouldn't go out of my way to return, but wouldn't say no to an invite to dine here again (hint, hint!) Overall, good experience, good food, good service, tho.

The Cheesecake Factory. Food here is always consistent in terms of taste and portion. What isn’t consistent is the service. Sometimes good sometimes bad, but today the service was amazing . To be honest Harleen is probably the best waitress I’ve had at Cheesecake Factory. I usually come to cheesecake during lunch or happy hour. Today I came with my family and we had the street corn ( these are addicting ) , the happy hour burger , and the friend Mac and cheese.
Harleen was super quick to always check in on us if we ever needed anything. Not once did I need to look for her cuz she was already always attentive . Each time we asked for anything or help , she always did so with a nice warm smile. You know the feeling you get when you ask for something but you feel like a bother ? Harleen never made us feel like that and she always made us feel welcomed.
The service was the highlight of the visit along with the street tacos .
