The only bad experience was changing my granddaughters pamper. The Changing table in the woman's restroom is not elevated properly. Didn't find out til I layed her down. Scary experience. It was okay, not bad, yet not on point, but decent though. The food is massive here and the menu is endless choices. I got the Chinese Chicken salad, it was too much dressing on it, but the items were kinda good. There are plenty of free parking and nice locations. The atmosphere is loud, but the lighting is nice.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids here and many food choices for them.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Dropped In for lunch on a Friday. Ordered a turkey burger and it was surprisingly decent. Topped with avocado, red onion and a well cooked patty (that actually was seasoned), this burger was not dry or tough like other turkey burgers I've had elsewhere. The salad that came with was rather wilty and unremarkable, however. Plenty of parking and it was not super busy thst day. Service was quick and attentive. I'll be back.

We had to wait for 15 minutes the people sat us faster. The place was beautiful looking and the food was amazing, we were passing through so not familiar with the menu. I had the steak Diane ? wife had the salmon I tried it was super delicious. And the kids had pasta that was really good

We like the spaghetti and salad. The manager is very professional in this branch. We appreciate the service of TIANNA , she is doing a great job. I highly recommend her because she had a good attitude, friendly, and caring personality. Indeed she’s very attentive and honest. We have a good time eating in this restaurant. Thank you once again for an excellent service.

Blaze Pizza AZ

My elderly mom was injured and they are refusing to pay her medical bill.A couple months ago my elderly mom and I were eating at the Arcadia location and while she was eating Tortilla SOUP, she bit down on something that was clearly not supposed to be there. We heard a loud CRUNCH and a few seconds later she had a horrified look on her face and spit out her dental bridge.Long story short, the corporate hacks are refusing to pay to replace her bridge because they said that since we dont have the piece of bone or whatever it was to PROVE she bit down on a "foreign object"they won't help her pay to have it replaced. So...in a very upsetting moment, since we didn't think to dig through what she spit out and find the culprit, we are out of luck.My mom is 80 years old, on Medicare and doesn't have dental insurance. The cost to replace her bridge is going to be AT LEAST $5000. We figure this is why they went from "of course we will take care of it!" to..."sorry you have no proof this was our fault". She was eating SOUP. What more proof do you need???!! What is in your soup that is capable of breaking permanent dental work???They have lost two very loyal customers and my only recourse at this point is to tell people what they did to us so maybe they lose a few more.

Went on Sunday nite revived are plates are portions size were small especially when your paying 24.00 to 30.00 for each plate! My son got Alfredo w chicken there barely any chicken i had got spaghetti and meatballs the noodles were to feed a 10 year old I’m not sure if this how you treat your guests cause we came in 30 minutes before closing time and were just getting the last picking of the nite! It’s better to turn people away! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The service and atmosphere is still great, but the quality of the food has gone down a bit. It's not bad, but it's not great either. I had the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and the noodles were soggy, and the flavor was bland. There was way too much chicken and not enough shrimp. My daughter's for cheese pasta was better, but again, it's not great. I need to come back try the miso salmon, which was my purge go to plate.

Went there for lunch and we were totally disappointed by the experience. Took forever to get our main courses and they arrived lukewarm, like they were ignored on a counter for a long while. We sent the meals back and offered to pay for the appetizer and beverages, but the manager waived the entire bill which was nice.
