Old school diner with really friendly staff, and massive pieces of pie!We ordered breakfast that came out within 10 minutes. We had bottomless coffee and beautiful, massive, delicious coconut cream pie. It was made from scratch that morning. I knew I should have bought the whole pie ? I’ve been dreaming of it ever since.

I have been living in El Monte for years but it recently took my friend that I've known since 2002 to actually take me to try it. She has been going there with her family longer. Its Family Friendly owned Awsome Service and the Greatest Diner Food you would Ever taste. I Highly recommend it it.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.My coffee cup had lip stick on it and when I brought it up to the waitress attention, she didn't even apologize, my toast was burned, and they used canned mushrooms on your omelet.I asked to talk to a manager and the cashier was rude about it and said that they didn't have a manager on site.This place smells old and the restrooms are disgusting.

Love this place! There was somehow no wait for two when we arrived at around 12:30pm on a Sunday. Food was good, coffee was hot, service was great. Classic Diner. It's right across from Savers too if you're a fan of thrifting. Note: They close at 2pm so arrive before 1:30 for a table. I'd suggest calling to make sure you'll be seated at all if you're cutting it close.

The girl with big eyelashes and tattoos is amazing I've been coming here for years she makes me laugh and the food is amazing I order the sunrise all the time I recommend it.

If you're looking for an old school diner feel breakfast then this place is great! It's got such an authentic old timer feel. There's plenty of parking in the back. Wait times vary but whenever we have gone and needed to wait for seating it didn't take longer than 5-10 minutes. Their table turnover times are very quick. I usually get some kind of omelet here and they are all very good. This time around I got a Texas omelet which comes with peppers, onions, and chili on top. My fiancé got the Denver Omelet which has a lot of veggies. Tip: get the salsa on the side. It goes great with that dish. The biscuits and gravy are super yummy too. I would just recommend salting the gravy. Service if very friendly and quick!

Experienced a bad service today. We're customer of this restaurant since 2013. My friend and I comes almost everyday Sunday morning for our breakfast, enjoyed the food. However, for 11 years of being a customer today, we experienced the worst customer service. The cashier/server has a big mouth to talked back to a customer for a simple extra napkins we're asked. Even, though our tone of voice was in low calm tone this server still rude. She go around others and told why she raised her voice, doesn't care if we're there. When we asked the other server the name of that server they denied to tell us. Never in our life had a server that was so rude. We will not come back anymore!
