After watching horse races at Santa Anita Park, our whole family went to the nearby mall for dinner. My son and I decided to get food from Chick-fil-A . We ordered nuggets and a combo meal . We ate in the food court.
The staff were friendly and helped me refill my drink twice. The food was fresh and tasty. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely come back.

A classic fast food restaurant that is always busy with a lineup of people. The new pretzel bun burgers were good, and the grilled version makes it a healthier yet equally satisfying option. The waffle fries always hit the spot. They have a few dedicated tables and a pickup window on the side. Also tried their brownie, better if served warm but still soft and chewy.

There were not many people. I had 3 or 4 people in front of me. I just ordered a wrap. The cashier told me it would like take less than 5 minutes. Eventually it took more than 20 minutes. I saw who ordered even after me received thier order. I had to run but I was late for my work. A lady who is packing and calling people was not polite. I knew they forgot my order and were making it late. Very terrible experience.

Shout out to the super friendly staff at this location! Even among an already friendly culture at Chick-Fil-A, this particular location stands out by being genuinely nice, friendly, and generous. That’s in addition to their already *excellent* service and food. Expect the best from this location - you won’t be disappointed!

I've heard good things about CFA, and they were one of the closest options I had for lunch on this day.. I had little time because I was on call to pick up someone (I drive the elderly & handicapped), so I only ordered a spicy chicken sammich alone, no drink or potatoes.. When I was given the price with tax included, I was taken aback and even said, "This is for only the sammich?".. The cashier looked at me apologetically and said, "Yes, I'm sorry. ".. I unfortunately don't make tons of money doing my job, but love helping those who need it, so I couldn't go elsewhere for time's sake.. The staff was very nice, although the outside of the chicken seemed a bit overdone and I was ok with pickles (she asked), but that was the only thing giving it any moisture.. They did give a packet of hot sauce that ended up being just Tabasco, which I dislike the taste of.. Fortunately, I tried it before I didn't put it on.. If I ever get a raise or win the lottery that I don't play LoL, maybe I'll see if they improve anything, save, the kind staff.. I hope the crazy price goes to pay them..
Today which is October 21st, 2024 we stopped by with my children to order some food for them after school, but we were forced to leave by the inconsiderate employee. This location does not have a drive through anymore, but they have designated parking spots for chick fil a customers who use mobile app. I was not able to find any parking, and parked my car in those slots, there are at least 8. That were all open except one. I got out of the car and told the employee who was waiting outside if I can park there since there is no other parking and once o pick up the food I would leave; the employee in a very impolite manner told me that I have to leave and can not use the spot. One of the reasons I go to chick fila is the nice customer service and convenience however this location lacks both. I do not recomend this store at this location. I then drove all the way to pasadena and bought the food. Eventhough I had to drive more, I was happier to give the business to a location that cares about the customer.

We were served by D'Isaac who was super lovely and very welcoming.
Chicken spicy deluxe burger was delicious, not too oily and was a moist chicken breast. Waffle fries were cooked perfectly and the shake I got, while too thick for my preference was still nice.

I literally just came in not even 20 minutes ago Im just getting off of work and I havent ate anything in 7 hours and I just wanted a chicken sandwich with fries and Mac and cheese. How hard is it to just get the order correct. How do you put small fries in a bag when you charge me for mac and cheese and don't give me my mac and cheese. My whole mood is ruined now and I wasted $20 on food I'm no longer going to eat.

Went thru the not so busy drive thru and was helped by the person standing outside taking orders to get the most for my husband and I on a really tight budget. Also he was kind enough to throw in the fries for free just to alleviate the strane of on tight pockets
