I ordered a salad and they gave me 8 pieces of lettuce. The chicken was cold and was overly seasoned, salty, and dry to the point that it was unappetizing. The service was also horrible... they obviously don't care

Delicious Chipotle food per usual. Employees were fast in putting the toppings in the bowl. Didn’t realize they started charging 50 cents per tortilla wrap these days though.

Stopped by for a quick meal and the gentleman of today were amazing! They prepped my food quick and efficiently. Aside from the long line and chaos they maintained a positive and very friendly service. I had a chicken bowl and a side of tortilla for $10! which isn't bad at all! I hope to be back, I am satisfied with the service and the food. This location gets pretty busy almost once everyday during lunch rush.

Found a torn up piece of disposable food glove in my bowl. Just a wake up call to other Yelp users and to the management team. This review is really just a little jab regarding quality control for this location. Obviously nothing I can really do except hope that management sees this and ensures accountability in the future.

The worst chipotle store ever! The container is so dirty, and the food does not taste fresh at all. And their food portion is MUCH less compared to the other stores in the area. I've ordered 3 times from this store before, and each time was the same. Their portion is at most only half of what other stores provide. They are too lazy to cook more so they scoop less per order. Come on. Don't be this cheap!

I got the Chipotle Chicken Bowl.The service was friendly and the food was consistent.I will say the red sauce was extremely spicy. Although the meat was overly seasoned, I enjoyed my bowl.

I asked politely for everything and one of workers with the piercings tossed everything into the bowl and immediately closed it when I wasn't done with my order. But, after paying, she just threw the order at me from across the counter that startled me. The whole interaction was weird but I chose not to say anything about it because they might've just had a bad day. When I ate it I smelled something bad but I wasn't sure what it was as I tried the guac and the other ingredients and they tasted fine. I ate more of them since I was starving, before realizing it was the bell peppers that tasted + smelled foul and I immediately vomited once the aftertaste kicked in. That was very unexpected as it takes 1-2 weeks for raw bell peppers to go bad, and 2-5 days for cooked bell peppers. I've always loved chipotle, unfortunately, but this branch is definitely the worst by far. I recommend going to the one in rosemead blvd near wingstop and habit burger. Their service was always good and food was fresh.

Theres nothing that grinds my gears more than getting a bad serving of food at chipotle. Is it me or every time i come here they give you less and less food? I will no longer be going to any chipotle this happens all the time. this is a double serving of chicken and steak btw

Employee with bright pink hair has terrible customer service. When I said I wanted a bowl she sped to the rice option. I still wanted a side of tortilla. She was so rude and tried speeding my order. For what?! you do not have a line why are you 1/4 scooping the toppings ? what am i going to eat AIR? My bowl was so terrible prepared because she was trying to finish it in 0.1 seconds. When she asked if I wanted anything else I finally was able to say my side of tortilla and she rolled her eyes and said "ok" you're the one who rushed my order lady. Not to mention I asked for "Guac and lettuce please" and she didn't add my lettuce! To the employee with bright pink hair, You are a mess and need to stop trying to speed every order you're messing them all up. No its not impressive and it doesn't make you cool.
