At first I thought it was not popular at all since I never see anyone in line, but the reason is because you get the cinnamon buns instantly with no wait. They always have everything ready to go and you can just walk up and go.

3/20 I was asked if I wanted to buy a side of frosting for $1 and now I know why. They skimp on the frosting! I'm not sure if this is a new thing they're doing to save/make money but just be aware.

This is a nice Cinnabon the staff is friendly and the rolls are always fresh. It's a fantastic spot to grab a snack while shopping at the Westfield Arcadia mall.

I recently thought I would treat myself to a mini pecan roll and a small coffee. The first thing that happened was that the cashier didn't listen. All she heard was pecan roll and small coffee. I let it go. Mistakes happen. I was ready to take a load off my feet. I glanced over. Even tho NV is letting their patrons sit, Cinnabon isn't. I thought ok, I can sit outside. I handed the cashier a 20. She handed me 8. And some change back. I said-there must be some mistake. She said there was not. I walked away, very sad and disappointed. My only highlight was a small sparrow who opted to share my roll with me. The pictures are of the place I sat and the carpet below me. Not good, Riverside Casino!
