The rice container itself is not a heat-resistant container! It is a very cheap plastic box... This will cause people to eat too much plasticizer, which can easily lead to early Alzheimer's disease! It is recommended that rice bowls be packed in paper boxes, which will be more in line with food hygiene~~~~

Don’t ever pay online or order anything pre paid here, they charged your money and won’t give you the food.
I paid ahead over the app Fantuan before I arrived but they asked for order number which I never received.
I gave my phone number, showed my credit card charge, my name and my order details.
The old lady was super rude and looked at me like I lied for a freaking $32.31 charge! They finally found my order after 10 min of chaos and I didn’t receive any apology.
I would never come back cuz I felt sorry for my money.
