FYI This location was closed though OT said we had a reservation. Handwritten sign in door said Closed
The food was good, and our servers were great; the main problem is they're EXTREMELY understaffed. The wait was very long and one of our orders was wrong twice. Again, our server was fantastic, this felt more like a management issue and they need to hire some more people. Also it's a minor thing, but the only beers they have are IPAs.

Even though we had reservations we still had to wait another 30 mins because the restaurant was waiting for the large party before us to finish We ended up asking to be seated outside to not wait longer. Our drinks took long to get as well as our food.
My coworker recommended me this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. I got the wagyu baldwin burger with waffle fries and a side of Mac and cheese. I got to try some of my friend’s short rib birria quesadilla and some smoked brisket. Everything was amazing. Best American food I’ve had in a long time.

Hello,
This is for Craft by smoke and fire location in Arcadia.
We went there last night on V day with reservation at 8:15pm. By 8:55pm, food is still not out. We sit there with our drink and tipsy, no food in our stomach.
Around 9:15pm, foods all came but the quality is below bar.
1) rib eye steak- medium rare but it is all bloody and raw. Each piece of meat has its own flavor. Either bland or salty.
2)salmon- is also no flavor.
3)bbq grilled chicken is still red and raw.
4) taco birria is soggy taco shell, brisket is over cooked????!!! Not sure how can you get this.
5) Fries is salty.
After almost 2 hours of waiting for food, the food is not up to standard. It is extremely disappointed. This is our second time here to give the restaurant a second chance but it is still such disappointment.
I was sitting next to the kitchen and did experience the chaos and disarray of the kitchen. I think the head chef is the problem. He can’t handle pressure and keep up with the orders. He is very unfit for the job. For the two times there, it is always bad food and slow service due to disarrayed kitchen. Need a revamp in the kitchen for sure. A new lead chef perhaps.
RIDICULOUS! Made a reservation for 2/14/25 for 8:00pm, host told us it was still going to be a 15 minute wait, it’s now 8:42pm and we still haven’t been seated not to mention the host sat a couple next to us just becasue saying “I’ll just go ahead and seat you guys” without even checking the list of who was next. Will never come back again, horrible horrible place don’t even bother coming!

Customer service was excellent. They were packed for Valentines day and still provided wonderful service. First time customer happily satisfied.
Food is always on point, so affordable for the quality of food you get. Tri-tip is by far my favorite

They charge 3 % on top of your bill. We were wondering why no one was sitting inside. Everyone who came in and saw they charge 3 % on top your bill they left. We reserved on line and didn't know about this 3% charge. BE warned before going in. They have a strip of paper stating the 3% extra charge by front desk. We didn't see it because we reserved on line. If you don't mind the extra charges. The food is good and the service is good.
Terrible service. Food wasn't very good either. But the service was bad and that stood out the most. Server seemed like she was having a bad day. Ignored us quite a lot and missed a lot. We sat for a VERY long time waiting to get our check. She passed us by multiple times but then finally came over and acted surprised we were still there. Didn't off desert or anything else. Finally brought the check. Won't be back.

Honestly, I was shocked that this is literally the best BBQ I've had. I don't like to be hyperbolic with my reviews, but I really stand by this. I've been to expensive BBQ and hole-in-the-wall BBQ and this wins. The quality of the food was incredible to me (e.g. the brisket was tender and you can see the fat on it) and the service was top notch. The hostess and our server were both excellent, and I can't stress that enough (we were there Saturday 1/25 at ~3:00 PM). There are other locations, but I cannot comment on those. This place is also nice for watching a game.
Highly recommend the short rib and brisket, and I'm excited to go back!

Ribs were lousy, no meat on the ribs. No flavor to the salmon. Shrimp was burnt.

Foods came cold. You can't eat BBQ cold. It appears already made and sitting for a long time.
The food was great, and the staff was very nice, but the restaurant was very cold and even my hot chili was not enough to warm me up.

Great food, good portions, good price. Tony was very cool and helpful in helping us select what to order. This is where to go if you want to eat meat.
