So grateful for this location because we don't have many around our area. 3 stars only because of the staff. The only 1 person that was there working was actually walking around and did not notice the 4 customers trying to order, so they left. But the blizzard... DELICIOUS!!!! Everything there is great!

Love DQ ice cream and blizzards. I have since a kid. I ordered the cherry chip one last time at the mall and the turtle one today. So fun and sweet. Price is a little much for a mini blizzard (over $5). The male clerk is not very friendly for a service oriented company. We'll be back because attitude does not influence flavor but it would be nice to have someone friendlier.

Did you know there are only 2 locations of Dairy Queen in Southern California? This is one of them. Literally a hidden gem in the mall. Vanilla cones are a must. With or without chocolate dip. It's actually the only thing I've tried here... that needs to change. Will continue coming here for a quick ice cream dessert no matter what the weather.

I don't understand why they won't update their opening hours on Google map. Drove 30 mins to there at 8.30 but they are already closed. Super frustrating experience.
The guy that works there has a bad attitude and seems miserable. He interrupted me when I was asking a question about the blizzard sizes and pointed down to the menu that was taped to the counter. He wasn't wearing a mask so I could see he had no smile and seemed annoyed that I was ordering something. If you hate making ice cream that much then find something else to do. I won't be visiting this location again.

Been coming to this Dairy Queen since I was a kid. Since they've relocated to the 2nd floor of the Arcadia mall by Gold's Gym they have hot food options as well. Their prices have gone up since the pandemic but there's nothing like eating a blizzard while shopping.

? The person behind the counter DID NOT WEAR A MASK nor he washed his hands or wore gloves before handling the food. ?But there is a sign on front of the counter that says that there is no service for patrons without a mask. ?
