You know the ramen is going to be good when they are playing Miyazaki films in the background. Amazing broth, super flavorful with the perfect meat cuts. Definitely get the garlic edamame!
If youβre anywhere near Arcadia, you really should stop by Dashiwa Ramen.
I had the Kimchi Beef Udon, which was listed as a winter seasonal item, but I ordered it in early fall β and honestly, it was absolutely fantastic. The flavor was deep, rich, and perfectly balanced.
We also tried the karaage, and it was top-notch β crispy outside, juicy inside, just the way it should be.
Itβs definitely one of those places...
