Dave & Buster's Arcadia - Santa Anita

Experience was good overall. Birthday boy and friends had a great time. Service was on point! After our party, my wife and I sat at the bar for a while. My problem was that somebody stole my credit card info from payment at the bar. After spending a lot of money on a party, not cool that a D&B worker stole my CC info!! LZ

Horrible customer service... We arrived at 4 PM for our reservation of eight people and the host tells us that it will be a 30 to 40 minute wait. We let them know that we had a reservation and they let us know that their tables are full because they are also taking walk-ins. We asked for the manager at which point the manager made it very clear that reservations don't matter and they are not a priority at her location. I have a type one Diabetic six-year-old who needed food and couldn't wait that time. In the end, the host was able to find us a table, but the experience was ruined overall by the horrible Customer Service from the so-called manager. Don't waste your time making reservations and if you do make sure you have plenty of time to wait.

Once we got there, I let the hostess we had a 4pm appointment and she was just so rude and didn't care. She tells us to sit anywhere and just walked away. We go to sit and the waiter tells us sit anywhere it will be a while. Mind you this guy's had 4 people bussing tables and none of those people cared to help!! After 20 minutes finally someone came and helped us! Service was horrible! The guy next to us waited 30 minutes and the waiter didn't even notice they where waiting! Not the best experience for New Years Eve with my family!!!

Very fun place for anyone in a great area. Modern games with really cool human crane, modern arcade games with awesome visuals and great ticketed machines and some decent claw machines. Dave and Busters did always have pretty cool prizes too! Fun for family but generally for dates and adult gatherings.

5-star experience at Dave & Buster’s Arcadia. Armando, the manager made our experience outstanding. He made sure to greet our table and we felt seen & valued as a customer. Our server, Killian was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The food was great the drink Misunderstood I thought

Super fun and has all the good games

The game selection is absolutely superb, it's my 1st time going to a D&B and I had a great time. However when we went to eat dinner the service and kitchen was a big let down.
We sat down and Killian came and greated is and we ordered drinks which were fine. We ordered dinner tho and I made asked for my ranch and jalapenos on the side. We also asked for ketchup and mustard and silverware and napkins. After 30 minutes a food runner brought us our food and I asked for my ranch and jalapenos because he didn't bring those, he admits he forgot to grab then and then never came back. I soon realized at that point that my burger was made wrong anyways. Another 10 minutes pass before our server came by. We told her the problem and we also asked for the condiments and napkins and stuff again. Another 20 minutes pass before I got my food. My boyfriend had already finished eating. I ate and we asked for mgr, we still never got napkins or silverware I had to ask the bar for cocktail napkins. Anyways. We were offered dessert at 1st then the mgr took it off the bill. Over all just not the service I expected.

Gizelle was amazing as our server. Super kind, super patient, and ready to provide us with information about the food and drinks on menu. My party of 5 all felt she was perfect!

Hostess ignored us, and no one came to our table to take our order, so we left for a different D&B. What a waste of time.

Everything was fine except the food it was expensive. And it fidnt even taste that good. Rip off.
