Went there to attend a birthday party. I was very impressed with the whole party setup. The service, was especially good. They had two workers who were constantly taking care of everything and a third would show up to help occasionally. Very well organized by Dave & Busters. They had separate catered food setup for the kids and one for the adults. The food was very good. I didn’t take part in the game area or the regular dining area, only the party section.

I went here with my students for their $10 Power card, eat, drink, and play combo for $20! And I was surprised how good the two kinds of pepperoni flat bread pizza were as well as their smashed cheese burger with fries. All you can drink fountain drink was included. It's a really good deal. I will go back. Staff was friendly and attentive. They gave some good games as well.

I made a reservation for Super Bowl Sunday and it was canceled with doubt anybody telling me and I had a group of 10 people That we’re waiting to come. They are so unprofessional instead of let people know that it was canceled on their end. I would never Make a reservation here again

If I could put 0 I would. First off, we didn't have a waiter or waitress and waited about 30 minutes before anyone came over. Drinks took even longer than 30 mins. Finally got my kids orange juice and it had something mixed with it, swear it was alcohol but can't be too positive. We finally got our food and every single item that we ordered had something wrong with it. In total, I'd say we were there for about 2 hours and there weren't many people there when we arrived, now I will admit it wasn't empty, so I didn't expect it to be fast but certainly didn't expect to be there for 2 HOURS. The lady that was supposed to be helping us was late to work according to the manager and when she got there, she didn't even care to serve us. When we asked for it took her forever to bring them and when we asked for a refill she never came back, as a matter of fact she was walking around doing NOTHING and just standing around. W hen we would ask her for something she would walk away before we finished and pretended, she couldn't hear us when we tried to tell her that there was something more we needed. To finalize this awful experience, a couple had come and sat next to us 30 minutes after we arrived, and they ended up leaving before us. Their server was tentative and ended up helping us in the end because our server refused to. Usually, I do not write reviews especially bad ones however this experience was so bad that I just had to.

The best way to describe the place is a crossover between a sports bar and an arcade. The food here is pub grub. It's a nice place for a celebration or to hang out with a large group. Wouldn't go there for a quick bite. Service is a little subpar. It can get busy, and the servers do get a little overwhelmed.

Recent renovations look very nice. Games are way too overpriced, but had been like that for years. They always have some type of deals going on for food. Half price Wednesdays for games are awesome but with kids in the middle of the week can be challenging. The app is cool now too offering rewards for games played. It's nice too that you can earn points for money spent on food.

We had our holiday dinner / white elephant with coworkers and the experience was great! Our waiter was very attentive and patient with us!
Nice clean restrooms are clean. Food was OK. It was good. Drinks were OK. Staff was very nice.
