Generous portions and a scrumptious ramen dinner, our family was impressed by the food and service here. Ika and gyozas were a great side.Do ask for the house made chili oil paste: it rocks!Kid-friendliness: Our 8 and 11 year old loved how friendly the service was! Great treats!

Food was really good and reasonably priced. Jalapeno poppers, fried calamari, spring rolls, all are great. Spicy beef ramen and garlic ramen was delicious.

I came here for lunch and I got their house special beef ramen. It was very tasty and full of flavors. The beef rib is huge and soft. I will definitely come back .

Very good. Quick service and reasonable prices. We have chicken Ramen and their traditional ramen and both were very tasty.

Food waited for 1hr for a dumpling, food disgusting and person that came after us got their ramen first. After a long time I gave up and left with no ramen or anything just a trash dumpling that I waited for 1hr.

Good quality ingredients and well prepared. Packaged neatly for takeout. Enjoyed their various broths. Garlic ramen rich and flavorful. Family also tried their vegetarian, beef, and chicken ramen. Tried Crab Rangoon and spring roll appetizers, both good. Spring rolls packaged on top of some greens which was a nice touch. Would get takeout there again.

New place in the same plaza as Capital Seafood. Was semi busy when we came in around 6pm during the week. You order via the qr code. Food came our promptly, the crab rangoons were good, the wonton wrap was perfect. I got the chicken ramen and loved it. Not to garlicky, not a super strong broth either which I actually liked for this. Felt the egg was a little under what I'd usually want. Lots of veggies, noodles and meat that was flavorful and not too tough. My bf got the garlic tonkotsu which was also very good. Left full and content. The place itself is a good size with a lot of booths. I think you could jist seat yourself but not sure,. But I'll be returning.

Came here after craving ramen on a rainy day and was pleasantly surprised. We found this place through yelp and even though we've been to this plaza many times before, never saw this place! We ordered the tonkatsu, Haru spicy, and crab Rangoon & octopus appetizers. The soup was great and light and the noodles were well cooked. Worth a try!

This spot has changed so many times and is located in such a bad section of the plaza that I just noticed a new ramen shop popped up. I went around 4pm on a friday and there was no wait. I ordered a garlic tonkotsu ramen which took about 5 minutes to get to my table.I loved the strong garlic taste and pieces of chopped garlic sprinkled all over the ramen. The noodles were springy and had a pork/garlic taste too. The sofboiled egg was somehow very sweet but a nice break to the strong broth. The chasiu slices were a bit disappointing though. They were thin and dry.Overall, the soup, veggies, and noodles were delicious. If their meat was better I'd easily give this place a 5 stars. It's still worth trying their ramen at least once though.

Great new ramen spot in Arcadia! Ramen and curry rice bowls are excellent- and so is the crab rangoon. It's calming and cozy inside with really friendly staff and decent prices. We'll definitely be back. We came in for a late lunch and were not disappointed. I immediate saw crab rangoon on the menu and had to try it - I can't resist lol! Those pillows of heaven were packed to the brim with cream cheese and generous crab meat - SO good! For my mains I got the Haru Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen and loved it also! It comes with 2 huge pieces of chashu and generous noodle portions. The chashu is thinner than usual but soft and flavorful and I really loved it. All that garlic really takes the broth to another level. My hubby went for the Chicken Curry Rice Bowl and this was phenomenal!! Stole the show!! The chicken and veggies are stewed in a curry sauce and placed on top of a large bed of traditional rice and it comes with a large bowl of extra curry sauce on the side. Even without that extra sauce, the flavors are awesome. The chicken is so tender and veggies were soft - I'll definitely be getting that next time! For dessert we couldn't resist their "ice cream waffles". They're pretty good but I don't think it's actually ice cream - it's more like just a regular soft cream that they keep really cold but I liked it. One order comes with three waffles shaped like little tacos with the cream inside and you can choose from chocolate or plain. We tried chocolate and it was a mild flavor - it was good but I think I'd like the plain better. They provide table water which comes infused with lemon and mint and is so nice and refreshing. Their chopsticks are really cute and come in a little drawer on the table. The wall art is beautiful and they have a large pink flower display on the ceiling which is so nice. Prices are very reasonable for the area. Everything is ordered via QR code on your smartphone - it's very user friendly and after you submit your order, they bring the food to you and still check on you and stuff. It's easy to add on items. They're located in a large shopping center with lots of other shops and restaurants. There's plenty of parking out front or in the attached parking garage. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great first experience and will definitely be back!

Haru popped up as a new and hot place when I was trying to find something for dinner. Although it was not bad, there were some things that we didn't like. It was not too busy when we went. When you order you have to scan the QR code. It would have been nice if the waiter told us "just scan here" as we were being seated but we were okay with it. The garlic ramen we got, we enjoyed for the most part. It was very garlic and the noodles had a nice texture, but the pork in it was like sliced pieces of hard porkchop rather than chasu. The big letdown is when we ordered the beef curry rice bowl and the service we got thereafter. The first alarming thing was that the curry sauce was on the side. On top of the rice was the meat and hard vegetables. It seemed like some kind of stew was made and just put on top of the rice with curry on the side (so not authentic curry) However, the one major thing we noticed was it was NOT beef. After showing it to my partner, they tasted it and agreed. We often cook pork at home and this was a given, from the color, the texture and taste. I'll put some pictures as well. We kindly told the waiter what we got was not beef, however we were disappointed when he disagreed and said something about being a new business. I tried to show and tell him we know it's pork, but he refused. He brought it to his cook who supposedly said it was beef but when he brought it back, he didn't even offer to fix it, wasn't courteous and didn't even offer something else if we weren't happy..The last negative was that when paying, the waiter will stand while you put your tip on the tablet. It's courteous to not be there as a waiter as this puts pressure on the payer. Sad to say we won't be back
