I went here and the smell was crazy, it smelled amazing. I would recommend the crab soup dumplings and the noodles here. The server was nice and even gave me candy when I was done paying. I would come here again for its nice service. ???

Wow! Just happened to stop in with my family. We loved it! Cucumber salad was my first bite and the best I had in years. Eating Asian food daily it's hard to find a new spot and we wish we lived closer because we would come weekly. We also had dumplings, noodle soup and the meat was so tender and falls apart. When we come to southern CA my family and I will definitely make sure we stop here again. Such a great find! Highly recommend!!

Dumpling House is a small neighborhood Chinese restaurant that serves the staple comfort foods covering various regions of China. They have many dumpling options, from fried to steamed, XLBs, and pan fried buns. Want to be clear. We do not come here for the service, but for the food. It's very difficult to get the attention of the servers, and when you do, be ready to order. They do not care for small talk nor give you eye contact. The food: 1. Cucumber with garlic - smashed cucumbers with a mala oil. Not too spicy, not too numbing. 2. Pan fried pork dumplings - one of their signature dishes. Their dumplings are decent sized and very juicy. Nicely browned on the bottom, but could be a little more crispy. Skin is a little thicker, which is what I like, but those who prefer skin like Bafang dumplings may find this too thick. 3. Green onion pancake - very very thin, not the best. 4. House special beef noodle soup - the soup flavor is on point, beef brisket is tender. Noodles are fresh and al dente. Served with white radish and garlic in the soup, super flavorful. 5. Pork spareribs with garlic - deep fried and tossed with fried garlic and green onion. Delicious with white rice. The food is solid, not fancy, but great for everyday eats.

Great food and good service! The quality of the food is amazing and one of the best dumpling places in Arcadia! Personally, I think it's better than Din Tai Fung.

Dumpling House, situated on a bustling street, offers parking at the rear for customers. I enjoyed their spicy wontons, rice cakes, dumplings, and duck rolls. Ordering is a breeze with paper menus provided. The staff works swiftly, providing excellent service. Don't forget to check in on Yelp to receive a complimentary onion pancake!
Horrible service by lady behind counter. Arrived at 8:30pm, after driving from Eagle Rock. Yelp and their posted hours showed they closed at 9pm. As soon as we walked in, we were rudely told "we are closed!" I asked her if the posted hour of 9:00pm didn't stand, and she said no. The placed was full and we didn't fit in. I could only assume that was the reason we were denied service. I would NEVER patronize this place EVER!!!

My girl and I love dumplings. LOVE dumplings. This spot is unpretentious and straight forward, but not a place to pass up. The wait staff were welcoming and on point. We ordered the pork soup dumplings, pan fried chicken dumplings, and the pan fried pork dumplings. OMG...they were all super tasty, juicy, luxurious and big.

Listen up, GARLIC lovers. Their garlic sauce is a no joke. I haven't been here for sometime and revisited yesterday. Ordered eggplant with garlic sauce as I'm a devoted garlic lover and I really didn't recall seeing 'garlic sauce' in the menu before. I see 'with garlic' but not with garlic sauce'. So I was curious and ordered, and I'm glad I did!! TONS of diced garlic all over and it tasted soooo goooood. I felt like I can defeat 5 vampires with just one bite. If you love garlic, it's not overwhelming at all although I wouldn't eat before a business meeting. They are thoroughly cooked as well so it doesn't hurt your stomach as raw garlics would. I took the leftover home and ate the next day. Still amazing & goes so well with white rice. Yum
