KK discovered a ramen spot with great atmosphere in Arcadia — Fujiya Ramen 🍜
The space feels like a cozy Japanese izakaya, with warm lighting that makes it perfect for friend gatherings or casual dates. The service was friendly, and the pacing of the dishes was just right ✨

This time we tried two popular ramen bowls:
🍜 Fujiya Chashu Ramen
The broth is rich but not heavy, and the chashu is tender and flavorful. It stays delicious until the last bite.

🌶️ Volcano Ramen
The spice has great depth and layers — perfect for those who enjoy bold flavors. Definitely memorable!

🍱 Eel Rice Bowl
The eel is thick and satisfying, with a balanced sweet-savory sauce that pairs perfectly with hot rice.

🥟 Sakura Pork Chashu Buns
A small but delightful surprise. The chashu is well-seasoned, and each bite is just right 😋

🔥 Mix Yakitori Platter (8 skewers)
Includes chicken wings, chicken hearts, pork belly, and more — each skewer carries a delicious charcoal aroma. The chicken skin with chili was my favorite!

🦑 Grilled Squid
Grilled to perfection with a slight char. A squeeze of lemon makes it even more refreshing.

Overall, this is the kind of place you’ll think of when you
✔️ want a proper bowl of ramen
✔️ want to pair it with some yakitori and drinks
✔️ or crave something warm late at night 🤍

I had a great experience at Fujiya. The yakitori was flavorful and well-grilled, clearly made with care, and paired perfectly with their drinks. One of the biggest highlights is the late-night happy hour after 10 PM, when alcoholic beverages are discounted—such a great deal and excellent value for the quality you’re getting.

Their ramen is also very solid: rich broth, satisfying noodles, and comforting in the best way. It’s the kind of place where you can come for skewers and drinks but still leave happily full from a bowl of ramen.

The interior really stands out too. The Japanese-style decor creates a calm, authentic atmosphere that genuinely feels like dining in Tokyo rather than Los Angeles. Overall, great food, great vibe, and high value—especially late at night. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again.

This Japanese restaurant was seriously terrible. Not only did the food taste bad, it even felt like it had been sitting around for a long time. The seasoning was all over the place and nothing tasted like proper Japanese food. The prices weren’t cheap either. I left feeling like I wasted both my money and my time. Definitely not coming back.

Charcoal yakitori here is really good. So many options, we just went with the Mix Yakitori Platter — everything was tasty. Sakura pork tastes way better than regular supermarket stuff, not greasy at all. Even the grilled peppers were awesome. Volcano Ramen had a rich broth, chashu was solid. Eel Rice Bowl was a good portion for the price. Everything felt super fresh. Open late on weekends and drinks are BOGO after 10 — perfect spot to chill and grab some skewers at night.

Didn’t expect much at first, but the food turned out really good. The seafood grill was super fresh with no fishy smell at all. We ordered a lot and still only spent about $30 per person. Great value with lots of options, ramen, rice bowls, yakitori, and late-night bites. Would definitely come back.

The disparity between the menu and the order sheet numbering resulted in an erroneous delivery. Upon notification of the staff, an individual, potentially the proprietor, responded with an unaccommodating demeanor, asserting that the menu and order sheet numbers are not synchronized. This interaction implies an expectation for patrons to be cognizant of internal operational inconsistencies. We question the rationale behind not furnishing synchronized tools for customer use and the expectation for customers to decipher such discrepancies. It is recommended that the establishment consider updating either the menu or the order sheet to ensure consistency and enhance the customer experience. While we appreciate the cuisine, we would suggest an improvement in their service attitude. Furthermore, we were overcharged on the bill for an item not ordered.
