Its now Ramen Oshima recently opened. Sorry to say it is NOT authentic Japanese ramen! Gave it a try, but all things to run a successful restaurant is completely missing. Service, food and menu; ALL lacking quality! I wish I can consult them into a good dining place, but they have a long way to go if they plan to succeed. They had the whole place full with 24 persons, but I would bet 100% of today's patrons will not return. I'm sure they are trying their best, but I think they are out of their league. Every item we ordered had some aspect wrong. Either taste, prep, ingredients, presentation or accuracy. Sorry you folks need real restaurant education or professional restaurant consultants. Good luck though.

The "Ultimate" noodle is far from Ultimate. The bacon and beef are good, but The noodles themselves are fairly boring. The service is also not that great. Make sure you bring a translation device or a mandarin speaker.

I am ordering from postman delivery twice , they cancel me order the reason is this place not accepting cards, only cash. So watch out, remember cash only !

I was reading the menu, I saw "unicorn hair" which created an extra flavor, very magical. I think the balance of the spicy and numbness is good too. However, I think all the people works there should try to be more welcoming...

5 star food, 0 star service. The SAT night young lady server is rude and careless, she did not even take us to the seat. She just stand there and watch without saying anything. We picked our seat, and sit down she walked over here slowly and shes ready to take order, but we did not even see the menu yet, we told her politely we needed more time, she walked back to the register still without saying a word. 米粉很好吃，服务生会影响你吃饭的心情，老子来吃饭的，不是来看你那张B脸的.

LOVE this place! I'm so happy that this place opened here in Arcadia. It's my go-to place for work lunch and I usually order to-go. Staff is really friendly, same sweet front desk person. I believe the staff mostly speaks Chinese but the menu is in both English and Chinese. Spicy Sour Beef Noodle Soup: 5/5 This is my go to item! I usually actually ask for it in extra-spicy. I love the heat. The flavor is awesome but you definitely can ask for less spice. I believe they are famous for their dry beef noodle but I prefer having nice steamy broth. Pan Fried Dumplings: 5/5 I think they fold the dumplings themselves which makes it awesome. It is most likely folded by them but it is kept frozen and then pan-fried when ordered. Pork and leek is the bomb. Overall just give this place a try. It's a typical hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant but if you come just for the food you won't be disappointed.

The food was quite disappointing. Some of the items we ordered were way too salty, while others were very bland. The noodle was ok, but not chewy. Overall, I don't think this restaurant can keep up with the other Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood.
