They encourage customers to put 5 star reviews on google and yelp so that they have a chance to spin a raffle game and get free toys or soda 😭. Our waiter locked our iPad where we order after we ordered one round and we were stuck idling for a while trying to get them to come over to help us order more food. Some of our plates were also taken when we were still eating despite trying to tell the staff to leave it at the table as we were still eating. It felt like they were rushing us to leave but at that point we were there for just about an hour. Other than that, the price point is much higher than the average hotpot restaurant. Despite that we still enjoyed the food and left full enough- but I’ve definitely had better places at a lower price point.

This is our family’s favorite place since everyone had their own diet. I love their sauce bar, it has more than you think. My kids love the toys and the free child meal.
