Very good tea and very fast serving it

One of my favorite boba place. Got a free upgrade from regular size to a large size as well.

Drinks are good as usual, service is rode.

I ordered their employee top choice mango Jamaica with aloe and lychee jelly. The color and taste is not like mango （50% sugar) but more like Chinese bayberry 杨梅。 it’s otherwise refreshing and tasty, but this shop can get busy and I waited 20 mins for my drink.

First time visiting, usually go to the Pasadena location. The person at the counter was so kind and helpful, lovely gal.
There was an odor inside the shop that smelled like old, raw fish. I don't know if that's what was causing the odor, but whatever it was, was very off-putting and offensive, I couldn't wait to receive my drink get outside. Definitely not interested in ordering food there.
As far as the drink, the Boba itself was sweet, fresh, so good. Unfortunately the boba was freshly hot at the bottom of my iced milk tea, causing the ice to melt fast and the drink to become diluted. By the time I got to my car, I had a large warm, watery diluted milk tea with hot boba. :(

Super friendly and fast service! MUCH smaller than the other location in Pasadena. This one has seats to wait, not for sitting and hanging around. Still, a good place to get a drink to go.

Such a lovely small Boba place. My favorite is #4 Bob's coffee w/ Honey boba and Vanilla Latte. It is sweet, but that is how I like my coffee. The service personale are always friendly, it makes you want to come back. This October they wore costumes, and they all looked nice. I love that they have promotions such as a free size upgrade or sometimes they give out other stuff. Very clean small shop, and they have a huge variety to choose from. Just be careful, it can be very addictive lol.

Afternoon of May 11, 2023, my sister and I came here to order some boba milk tea. When I arrived, an older man and a woman were talking on the phone and looking at the back panel menu. I walked in thinking they had finished ordering, but the cashier asked me to wait for them to order, so I waited. Those two talked on their phone while adjusting orders for 20 minutes for 4 cups of milk tea. Jesus, give me a break! When the cashier printed the bill and gave it to the man and woman. That meant it was my turn to order. When the cashier asked me to order, those people interrupted me and continued to adjust their order. This is ridiculous! The staff did not say anything, continued to edit the order for those two, ignored us, and let us wait another 10 minutes, so we decided to leave. This is an insult and belittling to the customer. Staffs here should be retrained on how to treat customers. Never come back here!
