really good, amazing, and my first pick if I had to pick a boba place. Good service, and if I had to pick a drink, I would go for the brown sugar ice milk. The place is really good-looking--not overly decorated, but good enough.

Such a lovely small Boba place. My favorite is #4 Bob's coffee w/ Honey boba and Vanilla Latte. It is sweet, but that is how I like my coffee. The service personale are always friendly, it makes you want to come back. This October they wore costumes, and they all looked nice. I love that they have promotions such as a free size upgrade or sometimes they give out other stuff. Very clean small shop, and they have a huge variety to choose from. Just be careful, it can be very addictive lol.

The only place I prefer to go for my favorite cold honey milk boba with grass jelly. Everywhere else cannot compare so far in my opinion.

This is one of the very few tea shops that use real milk. Most boba places use non-dairy creamer with powders and inflammatory vegetable oils.They also have free cup size upgrades for in-store orders. The upgrade cup is humongous, like a bucket of tea.The service is usually friendly and helpful, mostly young kids.Very shop has a similar long galley layout, which is interesting. Restrooms are a great plus as well!

Afternoon of May 11, 2023, my sister and I came here to order some boba milk tea. When I arrived, an older man and a woman were talking on the phone and looking at the back panel menu. I walked in thinking they had finished ordering, but the cashier asked me to wait for them to order, so I waited. Those two talked on their phone while adjusting orders for 20 minutes for 4 cups of milk tea. Jesus, give me a break! When the cashier printed the bill and gave it to the man and woman. That meant it was my turn to order. When the cashier asked me to order, those people interrupted me and continued to adjust their order. This is ridiculous! The staff did not say anything, continued to edit the order for those two, ignored us, and let us wait another 10 minutes, so we decided to leave. This is an insult and belittling to the customer. Staffs here should be retrained on how to treat customers. Never come back here!

Taro black milk tea 3/5 - I haven't been to half and half in yearssss but decided to give it a try again and I didn't like it... I heard some of their other drinks are good but the taro milk tea wasn't that good. I felt like it was just taro power and not real taro. There were taro chunks at the bottom though so not sure if they just added that. Staff is friendly and we got our drinks very quickly because no one else was there. It is a small shop so no room to sit and drink inside.
My order was a rose black milk tea w/ grass jelly w/ 50% sugar and light ice. This drink was on their top 10 so I thought I'd give it a try. Taste was 7/10, the tea was a little bitter. Price 8/10 because of the promotion. During certain seasons there is a promotion with a free upgrade and/or free topping and when they have those, I think this place is pretty worth it. I came during a time with the free large upgrade and free topping, which bumped my rating of this place from 3.5 to 4 stars. The large size at Half and Half is pretty massive so it was great value. This chain is a pretty OG boba chain so it'll always a solid choice. I recommend their iced milk with boba and pudding, their #1 best seller drink.

Great tea and great service my top choice to get a passionfruit green tea regularly except for Tuesdays when they're closed. It's the only place I go to where I've become a regular and they usually know what I'm going to get before I order.

I haven't been to half and half for awhile. However, I was kinda disappointed. Half and half is no longer what it used to be. First, the prices go up every time when I come. I ordered a simple passion fruit green tea with boba. The tea was so watery and artificial sugary, not much tea flavor. I couldn't finish the whole thing since it was not what I expected. I probably won't come back

Definitely our SoCal guilty pleasure when we're in the area for Chinese food. We usually prepare our bodies for the sudden hit of sugar and calories by running a half marathon or two in the morning, but it's all good and definitely worth it!
