Food poisoning from room service food!
This hotel is very unreasonable. We booked this hotel through booking.com and paid for the room in full for 3 nights. But because we were coming back from Coachella so we arrived after midnight. So they decided to cancel the room without even contacting us and when we arrived at the hotel, they charged us for the room again. I travel a lot and haven’t had an experience like this before.
