I am not the type of person to do many reviews but I feel this restaurant deserves one, especially, my recomendation. Tried this place with a couple of friends who are very picky when it comes to the authenticity of Asian food, especially when it comes to Thai food. Their verdict was that it's the real deal. We all enjoyed the delicious food and the awesome service. This could be our go-to place for Thai food from now on! 👍

oh my GOD. The bathroom is a thing of nightmares. The handicap bar is THICK with this greenish gray sludge that is also to be found on the light switch and the door. At least it’s not slimed and it’s dried out from being built up over time. It looks like they haven’t cleaned anything in the bathroom except the sink and the toilet. If that’s how dirty they keep a public space, imagine the kitchen 🤮

Wow -- blast from the past. the last time i step foot in this restaurant was back in early 2000. and now 20 yrs later... i revisited Hollywood Noodle House with a friend and it brought back so many memories. I met up with my friend for dinner yesterday and was greeted by a friendly staff and later learned that he's the owner. His wife is Thai and they take turn watching the restaurant. The owner was very nice when I entered the restaurant, i think he knew the weather was scorching hot outside so he quickly brought me a cup of ice water and then later asked me if the AC was okay. he went to turn the AC higher to cool the restaurant down.
when my friend couldn't find the item from the menu we asked if he can customize one of the soups and he was very nice about it and told us that since the restaurant is slow today he was sure the kitchen can recreate the dish that my friend once had there. we were both very grateful for that.
i ordered my go to Thai dish which was the drunken noodle and it was great! i loved my medium spiced drunken noodles. prices are way more affordable than so many other Thai places.
while catching up with my friend the owner gave us each a Thai Iced Coffee on the house - super nice of him.
overall our food was delicious. with so many restaurants opening up in the surrounding city / area it's hard to keep up which place to try, which place to return to. And i'm glad my friend brought me back to Hollywood Noodle because this is a restaurant that was forgotten in my mind. and it is tucked in a very small quiet strip mall where it's very easy to be missed.
i hope this review will bring in new customers to give this place a try to support a mom-pop shop or to bring back old customers who were once a high school student or a college student to bring their family to give this place another chance or nostalgia.

It's really hard to beat a restaraunt that makes you feel like family when you come in. Especially when the food is excellent as well. The restaurant is clean and quiet, allowing you to have conversations, if you find time to speak in between the delectable dishes. The pork jerky with the sauce was wonderful, tender pieces of pork, with a sweet and perfectly complimented savory flavor. Add some of the chili paste to the sauce for a spicy treat. I had never heard of Prik King before and don't recall seeing it on menus at other restaurants, but it was soooo good. The green bean carrot mixture fried with cooked pieces of pork belly were a unique flavor combination that I strongly recommend if you've never tried it. I also had a Thai iced tea that had added coconut milk. This was possibly the best Thai iced tea I have had to date.
Thank you Hollywood Noodle for being great hosts and providing great food!

The food at Hollywood Noodle was very good and flavorful. We tried the Pad Se Ewe, Yellow Chicken Curry, Mixed Vegetables, and Chicken Fried Rice. The service was excellent. And, for good luck, we saw a rainbow when leaving the restaurant.

Went for dinner with my daughter. The owner was very friendly, offered whole milk for her! That was great. The good was great, service was great. Will come back! 💯
Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available, booths against the wall seating are great for little ones to sit on if they don't like to be in high chairs.

Went here for my mom's birthday and it was just okay. Service was great, i'll give them 5 stars. But the food was just okay, portions were small and the pad thai was just way too sweet. It shouldn't be so sweet. I thought there should be bigger pork belly pieces with the veggies, I could barely taste it and it wasn't crunchy. I really liked the fried fish bites, I wish I had more of it. The crab fried rice was just okay, didn't have a strong flavor to it.

I like their thai food. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere feels like home. I ordered take out and got their thai rice some seafood soup but I was disappointed that the soup did not have mussels. The thai tea was good very refreshing, I also got some rice but as some other reviewers mentioned it doesn't have the thai seasoning that gives it that color but the flavor is there. Oh and if you plan on getting some curry be advised that it is quite runny. But it's good nonetheless. I had to just eat it by adding it to my steam rice. I was definitely expecting more for what I paid but it's good to try. Hope to come back soon

There was good music playing the whole time my family and I were eating. We ordered the yellow and green curry, mild and very spicy respectively. The curry was sweet and only a little bit spicy. We also ate the satay chicken, the sause was peanut butter flavoured so beware of that. The water is lemoned flavoured. Overall 5 stars ⭐ There's also daily special menus for 10 dollars, we got the Sunday one. There's also free WiFi!! Spent about 60 dollars for 4 of us.

I just stopped by because they have a dairy-free thai milk tea. It was delicious even though it was super sweet! Not sure if their small size is worth $5.45 though…

Decent food and friendly service. The place is a little run down but spacious, and the food was good and fairly priced.

So yummy! They have great vegan options. I picked up a papaya salad and eggplant with tofu which they vegan-ized without fish sauce. It was ready in 20 min and very well priced, decent portions. I’ll be back ?

BUYER BEWARE!!!
This place is a scam I ordered their "Special" for $10+ Tax and when it arrived I thought this was some Joke. It's not even a full meal literally 3 bites I took a picture of what I was given compared to a dollar bill and a quarter. This is a joke the only thing Special about it is how small this meal was. I tried to call and the person who answered said for me to talk to her boss and she even said herself "yea it's not alot.." but tells me to talk to her boss about it. I called back a few minutes later and some man answers and says oh well and hangs up on me.... great service...people stay away from these greedy restaurants who take your money and doesn't care about anything else once you pay them...
