The service was slow. The server wasn't very attentive if I'm being honest. They forgot our rice, and maybe spoke only two words the entire time. In addition, pitcher of IPA we ordered was a bit warm and flat. But besides that the food was good. Overall, it was an average experience.

Had lunch today here. Cajon shrimp and an order of fried Calamari. Food was hot and tasty, well worth it, especially at this mall. Service was attentive and helpful.

I've ordered from Holy Crab several times in the past since its close to where we live, however last time and this time the flavor has been horrible! I ordered mild house sauce and we received watery spicy sauce, it was disgusting! This was our Mother's Day dinner and no one could enjoy it. We couldn't peal the Crawfish, shell was stuck to the meat. Would have left this review on Yelp as well but couldnt find the restaurant. Do better we spent over $100 on this meal.

Is seafood so of course the prices are on the higher range. Price is by the pound. For me very reasonable prices. Flavors, fantastic. The calamari was really good. Clean and cool decor. Good customer service.

We arrived at 1:30pm and there were no customers. My wife ordered the Dungeness crab. She said that it was fresh and loved it. The crab was expensive. The ratings for the place was $$. For two of us the total was $150 which is $$$. The food was excellent but expensive for me. Before we were done the place was busy.

Even with making a reservation we Experienced long and neglected service time. It was awkward that everyone on the table got their meals spread way far apart from each other.The calamari basket had maybe 5 pieces in it and the rest was fried onion and fries.The lobster pasta had one of the smallest pieces of lobster gone in one bite just laid on top of a marinara spaghetti.We had to continually ask for every little obvious thing that should have been brought out. Example: something to crack open the crab and napkins.One person got there’s 20 minutes before the other. Our guests were complaining that this would be a dinner they talk about for days ahead. Makes me cringe to think if I was to invite people back.
Food was ok, service was great. Overall, quite pricy but for mall standards, about average.

This place has a calm yet cool atmosphere. The staff is fun and friendly and make excellent food choices. Today I ended up getting the Lobster special, Blue crabs and a Livonia Burger.The lobster had a great presentation and seemed to be bursting with flavor as if it was from LouisianaTaste: 4/5Price: 4 / 5Value: 5 / 5- you get the whole lobster and it's pretty big Livonia BurgerTaste : 4 / 5 - Amazing flavor and is the 3rd best burger that I have ever tasted ... Only beaten by Gordon Ramsay's in Vegas and Aeroles in NYCPrice : 5 / 5Value: 5 / 5 - This is a sizable half pound burger with a size of potato wedges

Service sucks. They told us next time we can't have plates! My kids food came out 30 min+ after all the other food. They get 2 stars because the food was decent but totally not worth a $200 check and trying to force 18% gratuity. There's 61 other restaurants at the mall, better off going elsewhere.
