Best customer service ive had at any ihop, kept coming to check on us. Even the manager( i assume) stopped by to ask us if we needed anything. Food was delicious as well and they were all super friendly and curteous. Planning to go back to this location

In terms of infrastructure, this is the smallest IHOP I have visited. The waiting area is small, but the staff is very well organized and they seated us quickly. The service from the waitress and the gentleman who brought me the coffee was timely. The food was served quickly, well-cooked, and nicely presented, even though the place was full. The restrooms were clean, and overall it was a very good experience. However, the parking lot is small—about 15 vehicles—so it might be difficult to find a spot.

Love the old school vibe! Breanna our waitress was so nice! She took great care of us! The French toast and waffles were delicious! The iced coffee was perfect. We had the best breakfast! Pleasantly surprised! Thank you for the great service and delicious food 😋
The wait to order our food was kind of long due to the fact they only have 1 waitress working. That is normal at this place. The poor woman was running around trying to deal with 8 other customers. I got some cranberry juice which was warm. My hash browns were kind of raw on the inside but the outer part was crispy and a little burnt. I was not offered syrup with my pancakes. I did have strawberries on them but the pancakes were very dry and the strawberries were way too mushy. I finally asked for some strawberry syrup. It took a while for our waitresses to see if we needed anything due to the fact she was the only one working tables. She was a very nice woman and was doing the best she could with that many customers. They really do need at least 2 people working at the tables. She was also working the register. That is not right IHOP.

This is a smaller and older IHOP for sure. However, the greeting we got when we walked in the door and the service we got out weighed any other experience at a newer or nicer location. Tammy was truly amazing. I was alone with my three kids, 8 years old and younger. They can be a bit much, but she was a champ. She fed into their excitement over chocolate pancakes and whipped cream on their hot chocolates. She was prompt on our drink & food order and even knew to get lots of napkins for the mess kids can make.
I would absolutely visit this location when we are in town again just for her alone, but the food was delicious as well. I will say, she is the prime example that it isn't always the restaurant that keeps people coming back but the employees who make a difference in our dining experience.

Great place for breakfast. Fantastic staff both back and front. The food was great. Came with a family size of 5 and was able to accommodate. Great service. Bathrooms were clean and available. Came on a Saturday morning. Parking is a bit small. Had a son that has autism and they were able to move us because he was a bit loud. We had to change our order around, and they did it with a smile. Would come back when in need of breakfast.

Everything was great, we were overcharged $13. But the waitperson apologized and quickly fixed the mistake. I suspect the error was due to the complexity of the tablet software. Check the receipt
