Taste great, but bottle is smaller
Sandra C is in dire need of some.customer service skills. She had the most unpleasant look and attitude when asking about add ons. Immediately after taking my order she went to the area where her two guy coworkers were and was all smiles there, hilarious. If you don't like yoir job dealing with customers, simple, get another job Sandra!

It’s conveniently located at the food court, boba was chewy and the drinks were not too sweet. We had the Thai tea with less sugar and added boba, it was good. Service was okay but could be more attentive.

Probably the worst boba time in the world. The drinks are disgusting and make them so careless. Go to the Pasadena one instead.
