So I went to this location around noon and I was greeted by Mr. macias. He was super friendly and very welcoming and repeated my order too. I was unsure what to order but he recommended me a few things to try so I went along with it. The food was good and the service was excellent. I would definitely come back to this location. Usually the jack in the box by my house is not as friendly as this one.

Convenient location, friendly employees, and fair pricing.
Very rude managers should be fired. Awful customer service. No wonder i never went to this location before. Never will I go there again. Incompetent staff, managers really really BAD. The company should not be h hiring this type of person. Will drive repeat customers away. If I can rate them ZERO, I will do it

Some boy or boys were being really disrespectful with handing me ketchup something we asked in the drive thru clearly no ketchup but ranch so I walked in myself and ask hey Mr can I have some ketchup please and what he did was look at me with attitude and just toss the ketchups on the counter and when I said have a good day he just ignored is highly disrespectful and the worst service I have ever received.

When my mom ordered my two 8 piece chicken nuggets & my strawberry milkshake and nicely asked for 6 buttermilk ranch dressings when she paid she was told by one of your employees that she would be charged extra for two more buttermilk ranch sauces, Your employee was very disrespectful & rude at the same time and my mom wasn’t even arguing about the sauces. It’s never okay to treat a customer bad in a disrespectful/rude way just because someone has a bad day it’s never okay to treat customers with disrespect and rudeness. I don’t know the employees name that was disrespectful/rude to my mom.
