Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

We came early around 5pm to beat the crowd and finally had a chance to try this popular spot. It wasn’t too busy at that time, which was nice. The ordering system is easy to use since you can order directly from the tablet, and the food comes out pretty quickly. The made to order sushi is definitely fresher compared to the ones rotating on the conveyor belt.

Each dish is about $4, which makes it easy to try a variety of items without spending too much. Some dishes like edamame, cucumber salad, and cheesecake are not listed on the tablet, so you have to ask the staff for those. The sushi itself is ok, not the best, but still enjoyable for the price and the experience. The robot that serves drinks is fun to watch, and the checkout process is very convenient since you just scan the QR code at your table to pay on your phone. Overall, good service and a fun dining experience.

The waitress was amazing, was prompt and very helpful. It was my first time here and probably my last. The food looked amazing but what got me was when I ate the first plate, the sushi was warm on what should have been a cold plate. Maybe a fluke? Tried another and again the plates of sushi were warm. We decided to stop eating right away from the fear of getting sick. Would like to be contacted about the experience

The service here is wonderful. I've been to this sushi chain before. I feel like you can do a one and done
With this restaurant. Unfortunately, the prices don't compare to the quantity of sushi that you eat. I had 4 plates and one beer.Adding up to $35 and I wasn't full. But with all that being said, try it anyway because it's fun. And you can try things in very small portions that you otherwise would not have tried.

I came to this particular location on opening day and have come back many more times since then. Food, service and atmosphere will have me come back many more times. While it is true there are long wait times I myself have never waited more than 5 minutes since I always book my reservation through the app. Please do yourself a favor and get the app not only to book reservations but all to get rewards for awesome discounts.

Went to this place with friends yesterday and we all got diarrhea. The food was clearly not fresh and very gross. The line was super long and definitely not worth the wait.

Great revolving sushi and fun gatcha toys when eating. Be sure to bring friends so you can get the gatcha toy rewards. Also make sure to turn it on. By default our table was off, but just gotta turn it on the order menu tablet. There is a line but if you go during the week there’s very little wait or no wait time.

I was looking forward to this place opening up in the mall for the longest time. We came on a Thursday evening and there was about a 30 minute line to get a table. I enjoyed the decor and ambience inside.. very cute! I also loved the conveyor belt and the robot bringing us water. Unfortunately, the sushi was a bit disappointing. Nothing was horrible, but nothing was mindblowing either. Overall, not my favorite sushi experience.

We visited Kura Revolving Sushi Bar in the Arcadia Mall, in the middle of the food court. Kura is a well-known international brand. It was a busy Saturday night.
Such a fun and affordable dinner! My large sake was $5! And their menu changes.. So we’ll be back to try and see more. Reservations are recommended!

The staff is nice and its a cool idea. went twice. got sick twice. food feels really old and always cold. things like popcorn shrimp and filet mignon are ice cold. stale crispy rice. i doubt this location lasts a few years

Tiny size, loose rice, ugly shape, 3 rolls are different sizes .
Reality and the AD are totally different !
The 3 pictures were what I was served,and the beautiful picture is the Ad.
I have never seen such ugly sushi!
