On my last visit, I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but the manager was so kind and accommodating. They not only brought me the dish I had originally wanted but also let me keep the first item I ordered by mistake. That level of customer service really stood out to me and made me feel valued. The food here is consistently delicious great portions, flavorful, and always fresh. Every time I come, I leave satisfied. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the excellent service!

Los Angeles and Inland area need to take notes from Orange County Locations. Couldn't even enjoy my meal inside without 10 flies flying around my food little flies and big flies. Tempora is kept out by utencils open for flys to land on. Not gpod hygene. Do better. Orange county makes this place look like garbage. Gross floors and slow workers. Good food is all thats here.

Don’t ever use the kiosk at this place to do a to-go order, you will be sadly upset with your decision and your order will not be right. Management said they could take down my name for a future order but declined since this is a mall location with many managers and shifts, I felt like I would get lost in the shuffle and never get acknowledged for a future visit. It just wasn’t helpful. Point blank, just order at the counter so you can watch your food being made.
Corporate should listen to this feedback and come up with a better kiosk platform.

I went on the 3rd and for the last two days I and my grandmother have had food poisoning. There were also multiple flies that I had to swat away as I tried to eat. I had been here a few times before and have not had those issues.

This is one of our favorite Marugame locations, we come here pretty often. There's always plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. The staff here is very kind and attentive. We noticed they routinely clean and maintain the cleanliness of the seating areas. There's always someone to help us bring our tray to our table when we have our son with us. The line is usually very short, even on weekends. My little one loves the Katsu Curry and the portion is very decent. We always ask for the curry sauce on the side because we bring home leftovers but the sauce portion isn't enough. Hopefully they can improve and give a smidge more to make the leftovers just as enjoyable.

Mediocre udon, overrated place. Service was one of the worst we have seen in this mall. The long line was not moving so we placed an order at the kiosk, the receipt says order ready by 6:12. Waited until 6:18, no food. Went to the counter to ask, the guy was likely working under some stress and did not respond with manner. Was the food worth the hassle? Nope, tasted like packaged udon and frozen beef you can get from Asian market for half of the price.

it’s hot (89 degrees) and they don’t bother to turn on the ac when the customers, including myself, are obviously bothered by the heat. i ordered a bowl of curry udon that is SUPPOSED to come with a WHOLE egg, but the egg is not fully cooked so i asked if i could exchange it for a fully cooked egg (like seen on the menu). yet, they charged me two extra dollars to replace a full egg for HALF of an egg? doesnt make sense.
the girl server looked at me with attitude upon my request.
