Basically “Chipotle” for udon but WAAYY BETTER. With that in mind it’s really cool they make your food in front of you as you pick out items. It was a bit of wait on the weekend, and add ons can get pricey. I loved the cleanliness and overall vibes. Jason was on top of it from helping people and cleaning up. simple ingredients and fast service. Noodle always nicely prepared and firm to the first bite to last. broth is good with a hint of ginger. Just perfect.
