Food is always fresh, because this location is rather busy. Therefore the cooking is essentially made to order. My kids love their cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers. Fries are always piping hot. If course the McNuggets are also essential. :)

The manager who works here is extremely rude and arrogant, and his service attitude is the worst I have ever seen, bar none. When I ordered food and asked for tomato sauce several times, his attitude was very bad. I had two dried out cheeseburgers. The kitchen person apparently did NOT know to put ketchup, mustard onions, and pickles on these so called 'cheeseburgers'. Scary low IQ, or what? McDonalds is NOT what it used to be. The so-called 'food' is garbage.

Ordered the fish sandwich, the bun was stale and my iced tea had no ice in it. Went back and requested the ice. It was not a good experience.
Coffee was hot and very good. Well it's not terrible but it's honest service. The Ambiance is mega loud, well duh it's the mall.Mall with everything you want to fill out the tummy. It's ok to get mick dees coffee. It's basic and back to when mom surprised you with a happy meal.

OK, so a while back I reviewed a McDonald's in the UK and the food was terrible, the place was filthy and customer service was non existent and I said that I would never use a McDonald's again. Well, never say never.We are visiting relatives in America ?? and we were out for a walk when my wife said she fancied a McDonald's, this one happened to be across the road (wonders what prompted her).I was surprised at how clean and tidy everything was and the staff were so helpful and friendly and happy. I ordered a fillet(bearing in mind my last cardboard fillet in the UK ?? ), again I was surprised and impressed, the fish was cooked perfectly, light and soft and moist.Why can't McDonald's in the UK get their act together and match their USA counterparts.

Customer service is horrible. they charged me extra when they failed to tell me they have no tomatoes or pickles. I bought a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. I essentially paid for a high school rip off. I hope management will make sure that the cashier will be informed.
