I get Mixābowl whenever I’m in town - I get the Ramen N’ Rice and my partner gets the customizable bowl. Everything tastes so goodI wish there was one near me ? the lady who runs the shop here at the mall is so sweet. Def recommend checking it out, it’s affordable too!

This place is very affordable. For $25 including tax (rounded up) we heavily fed 2 people. That's a steal these days. We got chef's choice bowl and hot stone bibimbap. I assumed it would be not much protein because of price but it was pretty generous considering the cost. Lots of flavor. It's in the mall and quick. Feels like a tiny poke place but with Korean food. The hot stone didn't taste Korean. That was the main drawback. Otherwise great for affordable fast semi-healthy meals. Bibimbap T mixabowl is not a bad way to roll.

The place looks a little (lot) dirty, the service is slow, but the food is good. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get what I wanted the last time I went, which was the bibimbap because they didn’t have the hot stones available. I still enjoyed my meal.

Mixabowl is a Korean fast casual spot and the store is located in the Promenade area of The Shops at Santa Anita. I am certainly not the first person saying this, but this is pretty much a Korean version of Chipotle.[Parking]: Good luck trying to find and fight over parking spots in The Shops at Santa Anita.[Ordering & menu]: Either order from one of seven signature bowls, two Korean sizzling dishes, or customized bowl (base + toppings + sauce + BBQ for $9.75). Once customers finish their bowls, then they can return their trays right next to the utensil section (above trash can).***Chef's Choice (bulgogi beef and kimchi pork [half portion], sesame peanut and Sriracha mayo sauce, fried egg, seaweed, corn, bean sprout, cucumber pickle, salad, and brown rice - $10.57): This bowl apparently won the Best Korean BBQ Bowl of 2017. It was easy enough to order a pre-customized bowl and overall the bowl was pretty solid. I could argue some ingredients made this bowl slightly too salty, but it was still a healthy bowl with right amount of portion.***This is one of those places I would visit more frequently if it locates closer to my workplace due to (1) healthy options and (2) convenience. Not a perfect bowl, but it's all about the right targeted audience.

location & parking: located in the arcadia mall (shops at santa anita)! there is several large lots and several levels of underground / above ground parking in multiple structures food & drinks: ordered a customized bowl with bulgolgi (~$11)! i believe you get 2/3 toppings such as a veggies, a protein, rice or salad, and sauce. mixabowl is a great because they have healthy yet yummy options for a quick meal!service: came on a weekday and the line was still quite long (took around 15 minutes in line / to order etc) ; there was only one worker working when i came vibes: the ambiance is very warm! they did not have AC when i visited, but overall theres indoor + outdoor seating for dining in! on this visit, i had takeout and took my bowl to go ~overall: 5/5 star experience & food overall!

I always order a restaurant's specialty as-is, and this was no exception. I chose the chef's choice bibimbap, which was labeled as the best KBBQ bowl of 2017. I thought the beef bulgogi and kimchi pork paired very well with the rest of the dish. They also have a beef ramen deal going on for about $8+tax. I ordered it and I’m pretty sure the noodles are just instant ramen. However, it does come with a side of rice, cucumbers, and kimchi, so it’s a good amount of food for that price. The restaurant was dark and quiet, despite the presence of several groups of people. It was also a bit warm so I decided to eat outside. The restaurant is located right in front of the playground, so if you can tolerate the screams of 20+ children, you can enjoy your meal outside like I did, haha.

Located in the promenade area just outside of Macy's. I go here anytime I'm in the area. You get a ton of food for the money and it all tastes amazing. Especially the bulgogi and kimchi pork! Highly recommended. They can be a bit understaffed at times, so just be patient.

Easy, delicious and affordable. I love that they have a vegetarian option of tofu and mushrooms and many of the sides are vegetarian, you can pick 5. You pick rice and or salad then 5 sides on top and then a meat. You can top it with an egg or make it into a hot stone bibimbap! This place is like Chipotle but Korean style. For vegetarian bowl pick the custom bowl. It’s currently $9.95 a bowlVegetarian options: Tofu and mushroom spicyCucumber pickledBlanched veggies like broccoli, bean sprouts, carrotsPotato saladFried eggWhite or brown riceSaladSalad bowlKid-friendliness: Some outdoor patio seating and right next to the outdoor playground at the mallParking: Plenty of free parking in mall lotWheelchair accessibility: One floorDietary restrictions: Has vegetarian options
