Mo Mo Paradise is a Japanese style Shabu Shabu / Sukiyaki place. You do your own cooking with a hot pot. We took my Mom there for Mother's Day. It was fun and different. You don't get any real choices outside of the hot pot. If you're looking for variety of menu items, you should look elsewhere.

We made appointment to go there but we still wait a long time especially half of the table is empty but need to clean. There is a table almost done I asked can we seat that one the server said that is not for us(the table is actually not assigned to anyone) . Almost half of the table is open but no one to clean. I was hungry and we have kid and senior. After a long time I checked again, another server go quickly clean the table which I asked before. This sever is good and check our table meat often. But the first sever made me low rate this restaurant.

The service was very smooth and our waiter was fun and polite. When ordering meat there is no limit per round and they will happily give you a whole stack of plates at once. For parties of six or more, there’s an 18% service charge which is separate from the tip.The meat is high quality, where the fatty cuts are fatty and the leaner cuts are rich in flavor. They slice the meat extra thin so it cooks in an instant, even the pork. The farmers market and sauce bar is pretty small though. I think other Momo locations have more options. Here, there wasn’t even sesame oil or soy sauce.

We were seated once the whole party arrived. The food came out fast, and our server was nice and always letting us know how much time we had left. He always came by asking if we needed more meat. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Our waiter never checked back to see if we needed more meat or soup. We had to hunt him down. With virtually no service, yet they rushed us to finish eating because the table was needed for the next reservation. This was our first time at this location and will be our last time!

To provide our team livable wages, an 18% service is charged? Then PAY your employees well. 1 star restaurant.

A great place for a relaxing family hotpot dinner. Staff are friendly, the place is clean, seat is comfortable, food is unlimited and everyone can order their own choice of meet, no need to fight over what to order :)

Overall the food was good and service was great from our server Amy but at the end the girl that took our check was very rude.My girlfriend and I were just asking a question about if there was a chance of getting another round of ice cream after our meals but the girl that took our check, named Grace, was very rude and told us that we needed to leave because a big party just came in. The way she announced it to us was very demeaning and disrespectful. Grace really made us feel unwelcomed and just ruined the rest of the meal for us. There needs to be more professionalism from Grace and more training on how to properly communicate with customers. We will not be coming back to this restaurant due to this fact.

Great food if you love hot pot, the soup base are flavorful. Service is friendly. Noise level is moderate. The only complaint I have is that the restaurant charges an automatic 18% for tip, even for someone who dines alone. There is something wrong with that, what if I had a bad experience or was on a budget or I just don't think the service that day was good. MY choice is taken away and I feel that's really unfair. Excuse is some BS law or code, I haven't seen this practice anywhere else around here.

not much food selection, for hot pot, sauce is very important, and they don't have much choices. meat is good. but pork seems not fresh, got smell. Beef selection is good. 18% service charge for buffet seems high, I guess it is another way to increase menu price of $35. strongly suggest other hot pot place instead of this place.

Food: GoodPortions: SmallPrice: fairService: Lagging, only come when askedAtmosphere: Simple Hotpot designAccommodations: Very littlePros: the meats are fresh and soft cut into thin slices. The curry is very good. I love curry.Con: basically almost no sauce kiosk. No soy sauce or ponsu sauce at kiosk. You have to ask for itThe selection cart is very small. Only a few veggie choices and 2 types of meat balls. Very small selection.Service are not great. Waiters only come when ask. Soups are almost dry, no one take the initiative to ask for refills.Meats are fresh, but very small portions, 4 slices in 1 tray. It's all your can eat, but still small portions. We ordered almost 50 trays.I have to say, I'm not a fans of this place. My 1st time in this place for my nephew's birthday. It was his choice. As a hotpot restaurant, this is poor in my opinion with a very small vegetable station. There are many other places much better with much larger selection and better service.

This was my 3rd time here and I have never been disappointed. The service is great and the meat always comes very quick! Self serve veggies and drinks is a plus! Best value for AYCE and will definitely be coming back.
