Not sure if it's an off day, but we tried to order some afternoon snacks. Many of the shaved ice toppings were out, they forgot to include boba in one of the drink orders.
We ordered 4 additional dishes for take out, but realized an hour later that we were missing an item. We were charged for all missing items. Tried calling the restaurant, but no pick up and voicemail box full.

I stopped by Monja Taiker and decided to try their Red Grain Rice BBQ Pork, and I’m glad I did!
The BBQ pork was incredibly flavorful—tender slices with a slightly crispy edge, glazed in a sweet-savory sauce that brought out the classic Taiwanese char siu flavor. What really stood out was the red grain rice—it had a nutty, earthy taste and a chewy texture that perfectly complemented the pork. It made the dish feel wholesome and unique, not something you get at your typical takeout spot.

Always enjoy the red grain pork here with the dry noodles. I now get the green bean noodles for gluten-free. The Taiwanese sausage is good, and it is nostalgic to get the popcorn chicken and the four flavor soup. Wish there was a closer location so I can get more Taiwanese food fixes
Food was excellent. Got some dry noodles, noodle soup with meatballs, and wonton soup. Some fruit smoothies as well. Everything was delicious. Flavor of the noodles was great. Can’t beat it for the price either.

Came in for lunch and had Combo C with Porkchop Noodle Soup with a drink and a side tofu vegetable dish. The food was very good. Everything was tasty and a huge portion. Definitely recommend.

Yesterday was my first time eating here with friends, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The red grain pork rice was hearty and full of flavor, and the popcorn chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was also topnotch-one of the servers, a woman with glasses, noticed I had a cold and thoughtfully brought me a cup of hot water, which i really appreciated.
The only thing i'd suggest improving is the tableware. Dine-in meals are served in disposable takeout boxes, Which don't feel very high-quality. I totally get using them for to-go orders, but for dining in, real plates and bowls would make the experience even bettter.
