Very disappointed. They do not know how to make a cappuccino or a latte. The cappuccino was full of large air bubbles... nothing like the photo they post with the latte art. We should have realized the photo was from 5 years ago. This current staff has no knowledge how to make a specialty coffee. When we asked the so called barista to remake the cappuccino, showing him how large the air bubbles were, he gave us an attitude that the large air bubbles was because we asked for a dry cappuccino!! Don't expect the customer service Nordstrom is known for at this Ebar. Hope management will actually read this and have their staff trained on making latte art as shown in their photos and please retrain the staff on providing customer service.

Their coffee drinks are just filter coffee or cold brew with milk. Don’t come for any espresso drinks cause you’re not getting espresso

Flies all over the bagels and pastries. Disgusting Mexican worker with a bunch of piercings will literally talk and spit directly into your drink. Doesn’t stir sweetener either.

Absolutely amazing. Staff is the best everyone is always so kind and even when the line is long they move is fast

Two smoothies, peanut butter protein and mango also a pomegranate ice tea. Real fruit in mango. All so delicious.

I have been indulging in tasty meals here since basically they opened back in the 90's. I remember coming here after doing a bit of necessity shopping... lol my grandmother would grab her coffee and pastry after some shopping downstairs or even up here on the 2nd floor. Service has regularly been warm and welcoming and attentive. Although, the economy has shifted the brand of the store to something less appealing than it originally was... its still a spot for wandering around in search for delightful finds.

I hate to say, but the men's restroom was filthy 😒!!!.

There was a time when Nordstrom used to take pride, but it probably due to the time where in.

Super nice people who work there. Delicious beverages!

Surprisingly good drinks for a random mall coffee shop. Right at entrance of Nordstrom. A few tables available. Decent service.

Went there for a cappuccino, it was excellent. They have lots of places to sit down and decent wifi. It's a great coffee place to study at if you do not need to get there before 9am.

Cheesecake made nauseated. We each had one slice of cheesecake, not all the same and we all felt nauseated. At first I thought it was me but my wife said she was also nauseated then our friend said she too had an upset stomach. Atmosphere and service was great. This was probably a one off experience, perhaps we were not only ones.

Best espresso, way better than Starbucks. Excellent and eclectic selection of pastries and snacks/meals also. Check it out.

I usually go there to get a coffee or a quick snack.
