I was interrupted four or five times in one night with various confirmation times. It’s really disappointing that the service is so poor even though it’s expensive.

This place is freaking incredible its so pretty! There are lights everywhere and the rooms ugh, I've just never seen a karaoke place like this! I'm giving it four stars because there was a language barrier( when we got there the ladt immediatelysaid we are full, i said i have a reservation, she said we are full, i said we againchad a review and then they said oh whats your name we dont see it and then they figured it out.... how annoying), the battery to one of our mics was dead and the mic itself lose and broken. And they kicked us out into the cold at 210am in the morning..... but the design was beautiful!
