Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Hostesses are rude. Food was luke warm, undercooked, and service was slow. Waiter was nice but slow. Worst Olive Garden in SoCal.

Service was great, our waitress worked really hard to make our experience good.
However, the kitchen made our experience horrible. Coffee was cold, asked to replace, was still cold. I ordered the chicken fettuccine, came out with no chicken, pasta undercooked, very little sauce on it, the chicken was given to me later on a separate plate, still with no sauce on it. Honestly the food tastes like it came out of a broken microwave heating a 90s frozen TV dinner

Great service all around. All the employees were friendly, our server was phenomenal and attended to all our needs in an efficient manner. And the food was delicious.

The beginning of pur visit was great, we were greeted immediately and sat immediately which was surprising for a Friday night. Our server wasn't as great. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks, we could hear the employees in the back messing around. It wasn't busy where we were seated so we didn't understand why our service was slow. The food was good, but our service could use some improvements!

Very busy, yet very well run restaurant. We were there with a group of 18 last night, and in the pouring rain they were swamped. We had 2 excellent servers and the manager kept coming up, making sure we were well taken care of. The Stuffed Chicken Marsala was superb.

We went for their lunch special never-ending soup, salad and breadsticks for $11.99. I had the chicken and gnocchi soup first then requested the Toscana next. My son wanted to get the chicken Alfredo. The salad was fresh. We also got a side of meatballs. You could also get any of the take home entrees for $6 each (Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Fettuccine Alfredo, or Five Cheese Ziti al Forne). We made sure we left room for dessert. The pumpkin cookie butter cheesecake was scrumptious. Clay our server was nice and attentive. This was my first time seeing a two-story OG. We sat at a cozy part of the restaurant with the view of the parking lot.

Great food and excellent service! We’ve enjoyed both dine-in and takeout, and everything has been consistently delicious. The pasta is always cooked perfectly. I usually get the Alfredo, and my husband enjoys the pasta with red sauce and soup -the one with sausage and kale is especially tasty. The salads are always fresh and flavorful too.

Honestly I came here to write this review because our groups waitress was amazing! Our 1st waitress was off before we finished and brought over Jazzmyn to help us during the rest of our visit and she was absolutely fabulous, the best customer service I've experienced at this Olive Garden or any other one. She was attentive, considerate, and funny! The food was good, but honestly I'd go back for Jazzmyn, she truly made us feel like we were family!
