I had a late night Thai tea here yesterday. I really love the super cute environment! The staff was also very kind and service was quick. I'm excited to come back with my friend to try the food.

Came in recently and was served by a young boy with glasses, I believe his name was Jonathan. He made my drink flawlessly, I was shocked to see such a young guy do such a standout job, I would've guessed he ran the place! Just wow. By far my favorite experience and I'll never get boba elsewhere.

This cute boba shop is located in a popular plaza. The interior has limited seating; as I walked in some girls were doing homework in the seats to my left and a group of senior gentlemen were sitting and sharing embellished stories of their youth to my right. Oh, and then there's "laptop guy" near the register. Only one woman was working and she was washing kitchen items in the sink. She turned to see me at the counter and turned back to continue washing. Fine, I was looking over the menu above the register and needed a moment to decide anyway. After two or three minutes she turned off the water, aggressively removed her rubber gloves and slapped them down into the sink and came to the counter without a word, clearly annoyed a customer had interrupted her chore. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. "Cash or card" were the only words spoken...until a couple minutes later when I heard "here" as my order was placed on the counter and she went back to washing. The drink itself was okay, not sweet at all. The boba was also okay but a little too chewy and several were stuck together so wouldn't come through the straw. While I really liked the ambience and was amused by the behavior of the worker, I wasn't impressed with the drink.

Tried their strawberry messy milk which was good! Sometimes they put a little too much ice or don't ask about the sweetness level so be sure to let them know or check which level you're getting! Overall though their drink arent too sweet (especially for those who go by the not too sweet motto!). Dog friendly so that's a great plus though I wish the water bowl they had was better cleaned (I don't mind refilling it with water myself but there was a fly in it at one point). They have a nice selection of unique flavors for drinks though!

drinks are really good here but the last two times i have gone i’ve waited almost 30 min for only 1 drink because there is only one person workingi usually come on weekends too where it’s typically busier … due to the wait time it doesn’t make me want to ever come back

This Thai tea is one of the best I've ever had! It has a perfect balance of sweetness and tea taste. Most Thai teas I have ordered other places have been overly sweet and I can't finish them. This, on the other hand, was absolutely perfect. The boba is really good too! The set up of Oops is absolutely adorable. Everything is very cozy. The couches are very comfortable and it's a very inviting space. There is a lot of room for people to sit and hang out. I can't wait to come back!

The place has a nice ambiance when walking in and they had seats for people to sit in. We ordered a matcha smoothie and a "Dirty Strawberry" drink since it was advertised as one of the customer top 8 drinks. The total came to be over $14 with an extra $0.49 charge that was not clarified. I gave the place a 3 star because of the customer service. There was only 1 person working on the day we came (Thursday night). I had trouble understanding what the waitress was saying, apologized for her to repeat again, and she did not have the best attitude after I asked for a repeat. I had to ask for a translation because I couldn't understand her. After we got our drinks and said thank you, she did not reply, left the drinks on the counter, and left. Drink quality: the drinks were already premade and she just added milk. It did not look like what was advertised either. Would not be coming back again because of the drink quality and customer service.

Dirty environment was just here lady with bright blue contacts was aggressive, inpatient and seemed to be going through a hormonal day taking out her frustrations on clients absolutely unnacseptable and drinks were very odd many with cottage cheese more options and kinder cleaner environments to choose from ! ps don't forget you're job is customer service as a worker! you definitely aren't fit for the job and this kind of attitude unprofessionalism and sloppy drinks with cottage cheese tastes won't get repeat customers

The taste was a bit bland. They also took 20+ mins to make the drink. And to top it off.. we asked did no ice but they said they ran out of tea so they added ice... what the heck! We didn't went our tea to be watered down... and you could tell. They added water for sure cause it was too watery. The boba was so so... There are better options in the same plaza. Not really recomended But their seating is better. Music not too loud with plenty of seating (main reason why I have them 3 stars).

Hands Down the best teas I've ever had, I drive 30 miles just to get them. The watermelon peach is stupidly amazing. Just a couple of things they can fix that would make the experience more amazing. Sometimes the older lady's serving are a bit less friendly than the younger staff. Also prices are getting up there

Delicious! I got an earl grey milk tea and my husband got taro, both with boba. The store itself is super cute with lots of seating options. There are two boba shops very close to each other in this strip mall but our group of 6 chose Oops based on the seating options! They have tons of flavors and I was really happy with my choice. I knocked off a star bc the wait was pretty long and the boba was a little too chewy in my opinion.

Was craving a fruit tea so I stopped by Oops. They were out of the Peach Passionfruit so I got the Strawberry Passion instead at 50% sweet (the perfect amount). I added lychee jelly and my total came out to $6.29 (no tax if you pay cash). The tea was pretty flavorful and the lychee jelly looked cute since it was cut into little stars. However, the jelly was too soft/gummy for my liking. Decor is cute inside and lot parking was easy to find. Staff was also friendly!

It’s was my first time in a boba tea coffee place and the cashier was super nice to me and explained me how it works and the differences between the drinks. Since then it’s my new favorite place to go for a little break and so far all the staff being super nice and atmosphere is really nice inside too. I can’t wait to try all the drinks ?

Our friend recommended this place so we had to try it out and it did not disappoint! The drinks were good. The wait was kind of long but then again it's LA traffic like. Would definitely return whenever I'm back again.
