This Panda Express is located inside Santa Anita mall in Arcadia, California. More specifically, in the food court area.For closest access, parking is best either in the parking structure located in the back of the mall behind JC Penney and Dave and Busters or outside Cheesecake Factory.This location is usually busy during the regular periods during lunch and dinner hours. Yeah this panda was dope. The staff member is friendly and at fast food places a jolly polite person is g O l d. also want to say that panda served good rice and chow mein and mushroom chicken. That mushroom chicken was my favorite part :) i would like to go back :) good stuffs
