The food is delicious, but today they didn't put a pepperoncini on the side of the pizza like they usually do. They also only give one small sauce for 8 large breadsticks. Other than that, the service was quick and staff were friendly and the waiting area was clean. I'd recommend this place for yummy pizza.Vegetarian options: You can order any of the pizzas without meat and with plenty of veggie options.Dietary restrictions: You can order pizza without cheese if you don't eat dairy.

The pizza is delicious here. The first time I went I didn't have the best encounter with the older man that works there. I decided to give them another chance and the same delicious pizza and service was better. I'll be going back.

whoever was on the line, manager or whatever keeps hanging up on me without proper confirmation of what i needed help on. first time hung up on me as i was explaining the situation so i wasn’t sure he heard me. second time, he hung up when i only said i needed to cancel my order. third time, he yelled at me that it was cancelled when i just needed to confirm if he needed an order number. IF HE LISTENED TO ME THE FIRST PHONE CALL WITHOUT ENDING THE CALL AFTER 1 MINUTE, he wouldn’t need to hear me call back. very rude old man and probably miserable. i can’t believe i still said thank you to him. not even a you’re welcome. it could have been in his grumpy crusty tone too. he should at least finish his job. he really chose war in the morning. :P

The service here was absolutely terrible. The older guy (who I assume is the owner or manager) had the nastiest attitude. I came in to order their carryout special and when I asked him what the total price was, he responded very quietly. I then asked again and he answered quietly once more. I asked him again (hoping it would be the last time) and he asked with attitude "are you okay?" And started to laugh. He then told me the price clearly with some attitude again. The pizza was decent which is the only reason why this review is a 1 star.
I've ordered here many times and never really had an issue. Not sure if they messed up or not but one of the pizza we ordered was abnormally cheesy today, something I've never seen before. It was still delicious though super heavy. Always look for deals!

I saw the kitchen from back door , the staff pick noses while making pizza. Sneezing and continuing to work without washing hands ,It's disgusting. Will not go again in the future, I hope they pay attention to personal hygiene

The tall male ( hopefully not the store owner) had a very, very bad attitude. Rude!!! I was paying with a credit card, at which the card reader has four lines ( marker) which said tips but while I was looking closely, he said " see the lines?" I replied "yes, but the words are small n uncleared "! He immediately yanked the reader away n showed me ! At that point , I was really unhappy at his attitude. If he thinks they deserve a tip, his stupid attitude should be a lot better!! If he's an employee, he's killing his employer business n if he's an employee, he is in a worst position!!

Last night I placed an order for (1) eight piece lemon pepper spicy wings. The wings had a very small amount of the sauce across all eight wings. I had to add my own sauce upon arriving home. NOTHING compared as advertised in the current commercial. Not impressed at all by the advertised product or the customer service at this Papa Johns location. I’m not going to give up on Papa Johns just yet. I hope to have better luck at different location.
