Most of the items in there tastes like artificial chemicals, more expensive than supermarket bakery but same quality. There's a very rude male cashier that doesn't smile and doesn't say thanks. Everything looks pretty but tastes like chemicals, doesn't taste like they use real milk, real chocolate or real eggs. Ihop at least tastes like they use 30% real ingredients.

I often buy Paris Baguette bread as gifts, and this was my first time visiting this location. Annie, the manager, was incredibly kind and helped me wrap the bread with great care! I was really touched! The store is smaller than other branches, but the service was fast and friendly. I’ll definitely come back here from now on. Thank you so much, Annie!

Normally we'd stop by the one in Las Vegas while on vacation but just found out there is a location so closeby. An abundant choices of many delicious 🥐 croissants, cakes and bakery. The staff was friendly and asked if we found everything ok. I had the 🍓 croissant, it was so fresh, crispy, buttery, smelled so good. Cream was perfect and was not that sweet. Atmosphere was cool and relaxed. Perfect location. Would come back again.

4.5, pretty good place for a cafe, the area is nice and atmosphere inside and outside is good too, they have wifi and plugs as well. nice and affordable pastries too. staff were nice and they have clean restrooms too. pretty underrated for a cafe study spot!

The quality and taste of their products are above par, but their prices, like everywhere else, have gone up significantly. Besides that, it's a good place to sit and drink coffee and eat pastries and cakes and talk. I like their iced vanilla latte, curry croquette, sweet rice donut, peanut crumb bread, and coffee bun. I also sometimes get the sugar twist donut. 😋

Excellent customer service! This location has the best customer service. I went there this past Saturday afternoon April 12, was assisted by a young female staff. She’s courteous and very friendly, and even said thank you after I completed my purchase. (I know it’s just a simple gesture but these days even a “thank you” from the staff is very rare).
By far this is the best customer service compared to other paris baguette locations.
I usually go to San Gabriel location and their service is meh.
Delicious baked goods and coffee, but a bit expensive for what you get.

Went in a grabbed a chocolate croissant, NY cheesecake and chocolate ganache cake. Cakes aren’t as dense and rich as Americanized cakes but still delicious. So many pastries and sandwiches with a wonderful assortment of drinks. Service was fabulous. They were helpful and courteous. Place was incredibly clean. We went to the store on Las Tunas and Santa Anita in Arcadia.

Love this place… all of the items are delicious. The staff is great and they treat their guests with respect. It is in a small location but it is accessible. The prices are average and you cannot walk out without not buying anything. The coffee and drinks are good and the cakes are beautiful.
