The quality and taste of their products are above par, but their prices, like everywhere else, have gone up significantly. Besides that, it's a good place to sit and drink coffee and eat pastries and cakes and talk. I like their iced vanilla latte, curry croquette, sweet rice donut, peanut crumb bread, and coffee bun. I also sometimes get the sugar twist donut. š

Excellent customer service! This location has the best customer service. I went there this past Saturday afternoon April 12, was assisted by a young female staff. Sheās courteous and very friendly, and even said thank you after I completed my purchase. (I know itās just a simple gesture but these days even a āthank youā from the staff is very rare).
By far this is the best customer service compared to other paris baguette locations.
I usually go to San Gabriel location and their service is meh.

Went in a grabbed a chocolate croissant, NY cheesecake and chocolate ganache cake. Cakes arenāt as dense and rich as Americanized cakes but still delicious. So many pastries and sandwiches with a wonderful assortment of drinks. Service was fabulous. They were helpful and courteous. Place was incredibly clean. We went to the store on Las Tunas and Santa Anita in Arcadia.

Love this placeā¦ all of the items are delicious. The staff is great and they treat their guests with respect. It is in a small location but it is accessible. The prices are average and you cannot walk out without not buying anything. The coffee and drinks are good and the cakes are beautiful.
The staff here is so kind and friendly!! Red is a total angel and every time I come here she is not only so upbeat and warm with me, she is just amazing with everyone!! And Liz makes the most amazing iced latte and she is also a total sweetheart!! I actually always have a phenomenal experience with every staff member who has ever served me here!! And Annie Lee the manager is also so wonderful, and every time I see her sheās always running around keeping the place so beautiful!! Iām so impressed with how lovely the inside and the outside of this place isā¦And the flowers outside are gorgeous. And then of course the food is so beautiful and delicious! Their homemade pastries and their freshly made sandwiches, and all of their coffee drinks are soooo yummy and scrumptious and FRESH!!! And everything is made with such great care and love! I am hooked on this location, and so blown away by the complete excellence across the board in phenomenal customer care!!! And I will remain a very happy and supremely satisfied customer for life!!
