Horrible customer service! I ordered a large veggie deep dish pizza for delivery to my Motel 6 hotel room. It took 2 try’s and callbacks to get the order processed. I had to give them my credit card number.. they told me the charge would be over $41.00 (including a delivery charge.) I added a tip on the card. I was told the delivery woul take 35-45 minutes. After waiting nearly 2hourse, I called back. The phone system looked up my order and said it had been cancelled. The phone system kept saying I woul be transferred to the actual store to speak with someone about the cancellation. Then I was given the message the call would not go through. Call back later. I tried reaching a real person 5 times! I am very disappointed and angry. 😡

I like this Pizza Hut but every time I order my food by phone they get it wrong I always gotto go in I just order a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms it look like they cook the pizza the. Put the mushrooms on after on top of that more mushrooms then pepperoni it looked crazy what they supposed to take 10 minutes to make another pizza actually turned into 20

Big Shout Out to Skad!!! We ordered 2 cheese pizzas for our kids, but Skad called to confirm that they were indeed just cheese and we had not accidentally left the toppings off! That is ABOVE AND BEYOND! I don't write reviews often, but the customer service here, mainly Skad, deserved a review for sure! Thank you Skad!

The quality of pizzas has declined definitely, we ordered a pizza one more time, thinking it was going to be a better one, but nope it was even worse. The pizza was dry, barely had tomato sauce and we think it had some cheese, we could not tell. The crust taste like a thick piece of paper, we had to put some salt and pepper, along with garlic olive oil to give it some flavor, and put it in the oven for a couple more minutes to have all the flavors come together, because we really weren't going to throw away a $24.08 medium size pizza. Ciao 👋

Idk if Pizza Hut changed their pizza crust but it was trash. It’s usually greasy and airy and crispy. What I received was dense and not even crispy. I’m so sad

We where on the rode and stopped to grab something to eat before it got to late and service was really grate, the food was really good as well.
Ordered on the website for delivery. They send a DoorDasher instead of actual delivery driver. She took 10 mins to find my place. If I wanted door dash I’d order from door dash.
