Red Iron Mongolian BBQ

VERY Bad customer service. A customer bought a plate of food and took one step away from the storefront and accidentally dropped the food on the ground, right in front of the store. The store made her pay again for a second plate of food.
This establishment greatly sacrifices customer service for their profit margin.
Avoid this place if you don't like stingy, greedy people.

Not worth the 17 bucks plate l. They try to limit you in every way with the food. Also, they will only give you one chili cup and if you ask for more they will make faces.

They don’t provide customer cup for free water, they have cups for fountain drink but refused to provide customer for water.
They also made meat slide in frozen and when they placed the meat in bowl it will take all the space in the bowl so that they can give you less vegetables of rest stuff.
Not a clean food, they used very dirty towel to clean the grill.

Your bowl, your way. Pile the meats, and vegetables you want then they cook it fresh right in front of you on a hot iron grill.

I usually enjoy Mongolian BBQ, but Red Iron at the Santa Anita Mall has gone downhill. Every time I go, they give less and less meat in the entree. When I politely asked if I could get just a little extra, the ladies working there were extremely rude and immediately said I’d have to pay extra. It feels like they’re cutting corners and nickel-and-diming customers. For the price, the portions are stingy, and the service makes you feel unwelcome. Definitely not worth it anymore.

Just give them 1 star. Beside the food , when do they start to charge $10 cent for the bag because I can't finished and need to take home!!

16 bucks for veggies, not worth the price, FYI unless you're Asian then they overflow your plate, racist 👎👎

A nice Mongolian bbq spot that had large portions are tastes delicious. One of the better places to eat in the food court, very filling and decently healthy. You can load up with as many vegetables as you want and it comes with a good amount of noodles and choice of protein as well. The chefs cook the meals on the grill quickly and efficiently right in front of you.

The service was great, the ladies working the line absolutely packed my order and from the looks of it that was standard procedure. The food was cooked pretty quickly. I have a video of the cooking and it was less time than a hot pocket. The food tasted great and the atmosphere was you should expect of a mall food court.

I've eaten here long before the name change, used to be Khan's, same owners. Best fast food in the mall. Always fresh. They pile it on high for you, with plenty of noodles. More food then when we used to have to serve ourselves.

Parking: Where you can find it, Service: Pretty Decent, Overall: First time try and after trying other similar restaurants I can say this is not bad for a food court joint. I always like a different choice from the same basic fare. They have four meats to choose from, and then you pick veggies and spices. Now, at other places I have had more sauces and spices to add. Due to location space, I can see a need for reduction of items. Would.I go back?: Maybe, I would not make plans with the sole purpose of eating there. So for now 3.3 Stars...
