We were willing to give this place a try, so we ordered food from them through Door Dash. Our order was confirmed by their Arcadia location, and our Dasher was at their location waiting on the food, but they decided to cancel our order without any prior notice after about 40-45 minutes of waiting.

I took one of my kids to Din Tai Fung, but you couldn't even make a reservation they were so busy, so we went to the food court and my daughter suggested this place (she is 9). We ordered the tempura shrimp ramen and combo A with half and half fried rice and mein, BBQ pork and teriyaki chicken. The food was really good, but seeing as they have a C health grade now, I'm not sure I would go back. I didn't even see any health grade posted and if I would have seen the "C" grade, I would have suggested another spot!

I decided to try this place in the Westfield Santa Anita mall food court since I was craving Asian food. It was surprisingly good, and the price is very reasonable. Ordered 3 item combo with a rice pilaf. The fried chicken steak filet is legit - tender inside with a crisp outside coating that is not greasy. Their coconut shrimp is delicious too. They also have teriyaki chicken and ramen entrees. Can't wait to try more in the future!

If I could give 0 ratings, I would. We ordered combo B with the 3 entrees. Food was okay till I found a strand of hair. Not just one, but 3. 2 strands mixed with the fried rice and 1 strand inside the chicken. Horrible place! Don't get food here.

I ordered seafood curry noodles $12.99 and they give me a regular seafood noodles, and when I asked for some green onions, the cashier answered very rudely " No green onions !" . I could not believe it , it's $12.99 and I couldn't have some green onions! Her attitude was very rude , even I am an Asian , so I didn't bother to complain about the noodles didn't have curry as I ordered, but I will definitely not return to this place in Arcadia mall and not recommend it to anybody else !

Came to the Santa Anita mall Sunday for some shopping. Came across this place in the food court, they had the cut n past picture of pot stickers. I love potstickers, so I figured I'd give them a try. Instead I received this unrecognizable ravioli looking, greasy a** plate with foil on the bottom, that cost $22 btw. With a smile on her face this cashier handed me this gross plate. I should of checked reviews before I purchased. I didn't ask for a refund for the simple fact that I didn't want to be a Karen because I was so mad I know I would of made a scene. People beware! You will get food poisoning guaranteed. Santa Anita mall needs to close this place down. Also they are serving very hot soup in tiny bowls with no way to carry them. They just advise you to be very careful when transporting it to your table.

Okay i understand we are in covid but we waited 30mins for our food. My son ordered from charleys and my daughter from massis and my plate of chow mein lemon chicken and bbq chicken still was not ready. I told the cashier who was new that they should let people know it would be a 30 minute wait and she just was like im new. They need help. I wont be back to things get back to normal.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They do not honor their rewards cards! I tried to redeem my card and the lady that worked there was very rude and gave me a really hard time. She argued with me saying this does not belong to them and the first stamp is not even theirs! WTH! It's like she accused me of doctoring it! I told her I've only been to this location and received it here. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager is on vacation apparently. I will not patron this place again after how I was treated. With that I took my business elsewhere and purchased food elsewhere in the mall. Anywhere but there! They lost a customer over something they offered, but now are saying it's not even theirs!
